You can enjoy a day walking on the beach, take a dip in one of Pinnacle Ports' two pools, or go for a bike ride around the gated Carillon community. Either way, you can not go wrong with this quaint and cozy condo. You have two primary bedrooms, both of which have a full bathroom, and a sofa bed for any friends tagging along on vacation. Off of the living area, you'll find the personal washer/dryer. Return from the beach to snuggle up in the living room and watch a fun movie or sports game on the TV. From the partial beach views to the stone-walled shower, you feel like you're being pampered in the warmest place on earth.
THINGS TO KNOW
Golf Carts are not permitted unless they are rented through Coastal Cars and Carts.
The Vacasa office is open seven days a week from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and is located on Carillon Market Street for guest assistance.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 2.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the âDamage Waiverâ). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
