No Resort Fees! Come experience the luxurious Palms Place! This is an independently-owned and privately managed 615 sqft luxury studio suite with a private balcony with a view of the Las Vegas strip. Come stay at your own Private Luxury Apartment-Style Residence, while visiting Las Vegas. You also have full access to the fitness center and pool.

Our luxury 615 sq. ft studio condo is located on the 16th floor, with a balcony. (**Please note as of September, 2022, the Balcony area is currently closed and is not accessible due to current HOA restrictions, but we hope to allow the Balcony to be opened for our guests in the near future.**). This doesnt affect the view of the strip.

The Condo contains an open floor plan with a King Size bed and a Queen Size pull out sleeper couch that can comfortably accomodate up to 4 guests.

The fully-tiled marble bathroom has a giant walk-in shower in addition to a jett-tub jacuzzi bath.

For cooking and dining the condo contains a fully-functional kitchenette (equipped with all necessary cookware, dishes and silverware), and Stainless Steel appliances- microwave oven, dishwasher and fridge-freezer with a built-in ice maker.

The condo has a very generous open space that contains a luxury bedroom area with an adjacent living room area which also has two 42" Flat Screen TVs and free WiFi.

**Ghostbar has fully re-opened, (Rooftop Bar / Lounge)- Come enjoy a drink and one of the best views of the Las Vegas Strip!**

The Condo is less than 2 miles from Las Vegas Blvd, and about 2 miles from Allegiant Stadium. Its very easy to navigate around town due to the location and easy accessible to the freeway and its very easy to commute to Fremont Street Downtown Experience/ Red Rock / or to visit China town (Vegas) for some awesome restauarants away from the Strip.

Come enjoy Vegas with the benefit of relaxing at your own private luxury apartment-style residence and be only minutes away from all the action that Las Vegas has to offer. Experience the best of both worlds.

Great stay!

Property was clean, check in process was easy, and communication with the owner was great. We loved the balcony and view however there wasn’t any balcony furniture to really enjoy it.

We stayed for almost a week and couldn't have been happier. The location for us was great, the hotel staff was helpful and the condo itself was great with an amazing view of the strip. Thanks for having us!

Wonderful place close to strip

This studio VRBO is very large and has the necessary amenities. It is located very close to the strip. The free parking is easy to access.

Great location and everything we needed

Loved having a kitchen in the unit, and the location of Palms Place is super convenient, so close to the strip without having to deal with traffic. The owner, Joe, is great with communication and made everything super easy. Enjoyed the free valet and free parking, everything was convenient to locate. We enjoyed our stay and would go back.

Amazing First Vegas Visit!

My stay at Joe’s place was beautiful. His response time and accommodations were quick. The place has a beautiful view & close to everything! This is a perfect spot if you are looking to be off the strip but close enough that it literally takes you 8 minutes by Lyft. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. I would definitely stay again!

The view at Joe's condo is amazing. The place is spacious. Checking in was easy. Palms place got nice and approachable staff. Lots of places to eat nearby. Valet parking is free but the seld parking is also free. On top of it, there's no resort's fee. We had a great stay.

This property had free valet or self parking and noticeable security. It was connected to a casino and multiple restaurants in a quiet area of Vegas away from the hustle and bustle of the Strip, also all the construction that was going on for the Formula 1 race next month.

Amazing view; spacious place!

Very nice view of the strip. Too bad the balcony is locked due to HOA restrictions; the pool was also closed; however the gym is a state of the art; place is very spacious and full kitchen; the jacuzzi tub is lovely feature; the front desk and concierge and bell are great and very friendly; valet parking is free which is great. Love the place?!

Great location

Had an amazing stay in Vegas for the Morgan wallen concert. The only two things I can say is that the comforter had a rip and big stain on it and a towel had a stain on it like it wasn’t changed out from last visit I blame housekeeping for that. Joe was amazing in responding to my pre check in questions. But all around a great location.

Easy, clean, great value!

Joe Sanchez was a great host! He was communicative and proactive. Check-in was a breeze and the unit was beautiful and clean— as advertised. The included ameneties such as free valet and self park made it feel like we owned the place. This unit is a fantastic value compared to what you get in the many hotels on the strip

Unbelievable view

The balcony and view are to die for! We got a 3 day bus pass and could easily hop on and off right by the hotel and straight to/from the strip. The strip isn’t our thing so it was nice to be in a more peaceful area

I enjoyed my stay at joe condo. The location is close to everything so its very convenient... Staff & security is very nice & also its alot to do inside the resort.. This condo exceeded all my expectations & for my first time in vegas i wasnt disappointed at all. I will be booking again soon

Great location off-strip

Joe was very communicative ahead of our stay, providing updates throughout the hotel's reservation process. Palms Place is in a great location being a short drive away from both the strip and the great food in Chinatown, and the room was comfortable for my partner and I. Plenty of fridge space in the room for leftovers + groceries.

A few hiccups with this stay. We were approved for early check-in by the condo owner, but this wasn’t relayed to property management resulting in a delay. The refrigerator in the unit was malfunctioning and despite having maintenance address the issue, it wasn’t fixed during our stay. Otherwise, it was a nice, quiet, and convenient location. I appreciated the timely communication from the condo owner.
