Boasting an updated interior and amenities, this home offers easy access to the area's best attractions including championship golf, skiing, and of course, activities and recreation on Lake Tahoe. Diamond Peak Ski Resort, Incline Village Championship Golf Course, and the Incline Village Mountain Golf Course are all within a quick drive of the home.
Enjoy morning coffee each day on the balcony while taking in the crisp, alpine air. The beautifully appointed interior has been fully updated with new fixtures and furnishings and features a split-level design. A sunny sitting area and TV room greet you on the ground floor, with two guest rooms and a full bathroom down the hall. A wet bar equipped with a microwave and beverage fridge is also provided on this floor for household convenience.
Upstairs, the brightly-lit main floor living area features an open-concept layout equipped with modern amenities and essentials. The kitchen comes fully furnished with updated, stainless steel appliances, including a farmhouse sink and dishwasher for easy cleanup.
Full meals can be had together at the dining table set for six. After the day's adventures, grab a bottle of chilled wine from the beverage cooler and cozy up around the living room fireplace to unwind with your favorite shows on the smart TV. A baby gate, high-chair, and children's games are provided for those traveling with little ones.
Things to Know
Incline Village beach access and recreation center amenities (fitness center, pools, group fitness classes, etc.) are no longer available to guests. Beaches outside of Incline Village may be open; visit the Tahoe Public Beach website for details.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
