Äskettäin uusittu.

Kevyt ja ilmava, josta on suora merinäköala Lanai-, oleskelu- ja keittiöalueilta. Suuri Ocean Front 611 neliön jalka huoneisto täydellä 128 neliön jalka Lanai.

Tämä täysin varustettu Ocean Front 3. kerroksen huoneisto sijaitsee matalassa kerroksessa suositussa Kona Reef -kompleksissa (yksikkö A26). Vain muutaman askeleen päässä mereltä ja vieressä olevasta valkoisen hiekkarannan puistosta. Se on lyhyen 3 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä kaupoista, avoimista markkinoista ja ravintoloista viehättävässä Kailua-Konan kaupungissa. Siellä on ilmainen pysäköintialue vuokralaisille (sekä avoimille että peitetyille), hisseille, ilmastoinnille ja turvatulle DSL-internetyhteydelle (WIFI).

Kona Reef -kompleksi tarjoaa Oceanfront suolaisen veden uima-altaan, porealtaan / porealtaan, kaasugrillit ja uima-altaan ruokailutilan.

Uusinta valmistui joulukuussa 2018.

Perfect beachfront amazing view!

This places was amazing it had lots of extras, beach items, kitchen accessories, spices. Short walk to town. We loved this place and will def come back.

Walking distance to many great restaurants big plus. Beautiful view for sunsets. Loved all the extras for beach, such as chairs, umbrella, boogie boards and more! Would definitely return! Well stocked kitchen also very helpful!

Excellent location and views!!

Couldn’t ask for a better view on the private lanai located in walking distance to many of the stores and restaurants. The condo had everything we needed for a comfortable stay (14 days), including pool and hot tub on site. A great little beach right next door. Watched spinner dolphins while drinking our morning coffee right from the lanai!

Amazing location with great views and amenities!

Overall the condo felt like our little home on the Big Island! We were very impressed with the location and the views from the oceanfront balcony were amazing! Also we really appreciated all of the stuff available in the condo - beach chairs, towels, boogie boards, appliances, washer/dryer - everything we needed for a great vacation! The area had so many great things within walking distance - restaurants, shopping and the farmers market (and Walmart/Costco was a short drive!). Also the host was super quick to respond to our request and other questions. A great place to stay!

A great location.

We stayed for 5 nights in Bruce’s condo in Kona-Kailua. It was well equipped with everything we needed to make our trip comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. We got use of the pool on several occasions. Restraunts and shops within walking distance. The view is spectacular! I would recommend this property.

Great location & amenities

It was our first time to the Big Island! This was a perfect location. We had everything and more in the condo- little things like zip lock bags and big things like plenty of extra towels, comfortable bedding, & laundry detergent. We appreciated the condiments in the fridge and water-filter pitcher. We had a car so we could visit other beaches, but we also walked to the main drag for dinner and drinks. So glad we stayed here!

Perfect place, super views, super clean and quiet!

5 Star Stay! Location is beautiful, waves constantly breaking, views are spectacular! Super clean, quiet and absolutely everything you need is in this condo. The beach chairs are able to hold a lot and are a joy to use. Property is beautifully and quietly maintained, along with the sparkling pool and grill areas. This will be your new get away place in Kona! Great communication with the owner, lots of information and everything we needed. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Great place. Clean. Cozy. Well stocked. Almost every conceivable utensil in the kitchen. Everything works. Nice extras like snorkel equipment and boogie boards. Lanai is very private overlooking beautiful rocky cove. Had breakfast and dinner every day out there. Bruce is a great host that gave us all the info we needed for our stay. I hope to stay there again next trip to the Kona coast.

Well appointed condo in absolutely amazing location!

As soon as we walked in and heard the surf we knew we’d picked the right place for our stay. The lanai is as good as it gets for oceanfront coffee, sunset cocktails, and everything in between. The complex has a nice pool, hot tub, and grill area that we enjoyed using. The condo itself is updated and had everything we needed in the kitchen and laundry for a week’s stay (and longer of only we could). The complex is a short walking distance to downtown Kailua-Kona restaurants, shops, and bars, and there is a beautiful little public beach next door. What more could you need!

On the water views

Enjoyed being within 100ft of the shoreline from our room. Unobstructed 180 ocean views. The property is tired and in need of lots of lip stick ( paint, loose walkway tiles. When you run this many people through a condo complex it requires a commitment to maintain it at a desirable level. This high level of commitment is absent at Kona Reef. If you have to say the words “it’s not that bad”, it needs work and is that bad. If the property condition matched its location with ocean front living It would be a winner. Tough love from an honest guest

Hawaiian Delight!

The view is AMAZING! The owners were responsive and gave us lots of information about the condo and the area. They were available if more information was needed. The condo is nicely updated with all the basics you need to start your vacation. Already had paper towels, dishwasher tabs, zipper bags, spices, some condiments, etc... The bed was comfortable. There was plenty of storage. We also liked that there was Chromcast as well as a cable tv option. The complex is very well maintained and has a lovely pool and grill area. We have stayed at the Kona Reef resort previously and this condo is one of the best in the complex. The location of this condo is also a big plus! You can walk to town where you will find restaurants, bars, boutiques, shave ice, gelato and so much more. We hope to return again soon!

Relaxing with spectacular views.

This is the best stocked vacation rental I have ever rented. I have been renting on VBRO since 2003 and this by far is the best unit iv/'ve rent so far. The feel of the unit is of home. there were all the condiments we needed in the unit. Plenty of towels, paper products, left over containers, saran wrap, ziploc bags, utensils tour books and anything else we needed. We arrived after 10:00 PM and found cold water and white Claw drinks in the refrigerator, either left by the owner or left from the previous guest. We appreciated that so much we left some in the refrigerator when we left. The unit is within walking distance to Old Kailua Town and we enjoyed our daily walks for happy hour at the many establishments in Kailua. we will try to book this unit again when we return i the future. Thank you Bruce and Kim for allowing us to stay in your wonderful condo. Brent, Clancy MT

You name it, this rental has it all!!

You want a well stocked kitchen? You want all the equipment for water sports and beach visits? You want a view from your lanai that is better than any restaurant? You want a fully eqipped, updated, fully furnished condo? You want a great pool and BBQ's as well as a glorious front lawn area? You have it all at this place. Nothing was missing, and we were there for almost 6 weeks. The owners take personal pride in the upkeep, and the property manager is right there to help you. With the centre of Kona only a 10 minute walk, you can see and do so much even without a car. The turtles are munching away right below your lanai; the dolphins are spinning across the bay; and surfers right in front, so you don't even really have to move if you don't want to (except to cook the food on the BBQ). This really is the perfect place to enjoy the holiday that can be busy or relaxing. The loudest noise of all is the glorious surf outside your window.

Great Ocean-front condo!

This was the best condo rental experience we ever have had - and we've had a lot of them! First, Bruce and Karrie could not have been any nicer people to work with. They really want you to have a quality experience at their condo. They think of everything. From the well-stocked kitchen, the two sets of beach towels, the snorkel gear, beach chairs, coolers, and beach mats to the two sets of towels, sheets and plenty of soap, tissues and paper towels, there is very little they have not included. And the condo! This is definitely ocean-front with an unobstructed view of whales, dolphins, and human ocean dwellers - surfers. The unit is on the third floor, which complements the view, and is so close to Kona that you can easily walk to any venue in town. We liked Bongo Ben's - especially for breakfast - and Fish Hopper. Huggo's was good but pricey and Lava Java was just ok. And, if you like Poke as much as we do, definitely go to Da Poke Shack. No ambiance but great Poke. As Bruce said, we got the full experience during our two weeks - an earthquake, tsunami (no damage to the condo) and volcano eruption. However, we also had a lot of fun activities. Golf was good especially at Hapuna, Waikoloa Ocean and Kona Country Club Ocean courses. Snorkeling was really good at Kahaluu Beach Park and swimming was great at gorgeous Hapuna Beach. Also would recommend Ocean Rider Seahorse Farm (you get to hold a seahorse), Mountain Thunder Coffee Plantation, Zip line tour at Hawi and, of course the volcano. It was a great two weeks and we definitely will be back to this condo. Thank you Bruce and Karrie for making this vacation memorable.

Wonderful time at the Kona Reef!

We just returned from a two week trip for our 35th wedding anniversary where we stayed in two different condos. The first week was spent at Bruce and Karrie's Kona Reef condo. The condo was clean and well-stocked, which we appreciated even more after arriving at our condo on Maui and finding it fairly limited in supplies. A-26 was very well stocked and I liked that there were some things left from previous renters (interesting jams, some coconut syrup, etc...). The AC worked great and kept the entire unit cool, along with the ceiling fans. We love our AC, but actually had to do without one night due to a power outage all through Kailua-Kona. The unit actually was quite pleasant, even without the AC. The bed and couch were very comfortable. Everything in the kitchen worked great and the washer and dryer worked really well for a stackable pair. There were 6 beach towels, which was great and a large pile of nice extra towels in the closet. It was great to have the safe in the closet as well. The view from this unit is incredible and we so enjoyed eating out there on the lanai. It is very private, as you are on the 3rd floor and we found the unit to be very quiet and peaceful. It is difficult to hear anything other than the wonderful surf. A few thoughts for improvement: adding 1 other comfortable place to sit in the living room, a couple of lounge chairs for the lanai, and maybe updating a little. But everything was cared for, comfortable and clean- just not fancy... All in all, we had a wonderful time and a great experience renting from Bruce and Karrie. They were very kind and flexible with us and that was very appreciated. The Kona Reef complex is incredibly well cared for. There are 4 grills, which are maintained to perfection. Each day they are made to look new again! We loved the pool and hot tub and the chairs out by the ocean were great at sunset and in the mornings. We usually bought food and ate in the condo because it was so easy to grill and enjoy the view from there. But we did walk down to Huggos on the Beach one night and really enjoyed our drinks and meals there. We also ate breakfast at Bongos and that was very good as well. I would highly recommend doing the manta ray night snorkel- we went with Captain Jack's and they were fine. It was an amazing experience! We enjoyed snorkeling at Kahalu'u beach, although it can be crowded and getting there early is important

Karrie is originally from Mililani, Hi on the island of Oahu. After 30+ years she's slowly making her way back to Hawaii.

We chose the Big Island for it's more relaxed/laid back atmosphere, not to mention the many activities available on the Big Island.

Kona Reef Condos was the logical choice for a vacation rental location. Easy access to the entire Big Island as well as easy walking distance to downtown Kailua, Kona (it's shops, restaurants and Farmer's Market), as well as the beaches and other activities along Alii Drive.

Kona Reef complex comes with a well maintained Jacuzzi and swimming pool, gas grills and a central outdoor dining area with free wifi.

Our unit is located right on the ocean front. The lanai lets you enjoy relaxing or eating while watching the surfers, sea turtles, whales and spinner dolphins or possibly just a front row seat for the Hawaiian sunset.

We try and make our place feel a bit more like a home than just someplace you would rent to stay in. We provide those little extras like snorkle gear, a cooler, beach chairs, beach umbrella, sunscreen, boogie boards, even a pair of binoculars to get a better view of the ships as they sail past. For those needing internet access we have a private, secured wifi router for use inside our unit or on the lanai.
