The Space:
Whether you’re here for a week-long adventure, a weekend getaway or extended visit to paradise, the moment you pull into the driveway the giant palm trees, lush tropical landscaping and smell of salt in the air will instantly make you feel like you’re on vacation..

The property consists of 2 separate villas located side-by-side one another in an amazing location that’s just minutes from the beach. Each villa is a beautifully updated 3 bedrooms, 2 bath home with its own saltwater pool. The floor plan of each villa is a mirror image of the other with similar coastal décor and furnishings throughout. On the inside, each villa is completely private from the other with no interior guest access between them. On the outside, the pool patios are separated by a 6’ white fence with a gate that is normally locked. During your stay this gate will be opened to allow guests access to both sides of the huge paver patios/pool decks. Each Villa is normally rented out independently of one another and are commonly known as Coconut Sunset and Coconut Dreams.

The main ensuite bathroom is accessed via the primary suite or pool patio and offers a walk-in shower and quartz top vanity with dual sinks. The second bathroom is accessible through the main living area and offers a beautiful shower/tub combination.

All bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels and essential toiletries like hand soap, body soap, shampoo, and conditioner. There’s also an outdoor shower for rinsing away the salt and sand after a day of fun at the beach.

As you walk through the front door and into the main living area the bright decorations and coastal furniture will definitely put a smile on your face. The main living areas feature comfy sectional sofas and large Samsung flat screen TV’s where you can relax, unwind and take a break from the sun.

Making your way into the fully equipped kitchens you will notice modern stainless appliances, white shaker cabinets and beautiful quartz counter tops. Entering the dining area your attention will be torn between the beautiful, hand-crafted, farmhouse style dining tables that comfortably seat 10 and the outdoor pool area oasis in the distance.

When you kick off your shoes and make your way for the pool you will pass a second living area with a pull-out queen size sofa bed and 50” Samsung TV. This spot makes a prefect place for the kids to plug in their game console and keep themselves entertained while mom and dad are outside at the pool enjoying a cocktail!

Each of the outdoor spaces are incredible with their own beautiful salt water swimming pools and huge paver patios surrounded by multiple different species of palm trees. Relax and soak up the sun on one of the comfy chaise lounge chairs or read a book while sitting in the shade of a palm tree. When the dinner bell rings or the kids are just hungry, fire up some burgers or a few steaks on one of the two large propane grills.

Escape the sun and shoot a game of pool or play some air hockey in our AMAZING Game Room! Video games more your style? The game room also has a Retro Arcade system featuring 412 of your favorited video games from the 80's such as Mrs. PacMan and Frogger. Equipped with a 65” Samsung Smart TV to watch your favorite sporting event, a full-size refrigerator to keep your beverages cold and an amazing mural by a local artist, the game room is a fun place for people of all ages.

Vacations should be carefree, and convenient doorstep parking can make all the difference. This beautiful home is located in a quiet neighborhood with free parking in the driveway for up to 10 cars. Additional accommodations can be made for guests with boats or RV’s however we do ask that you let us know in advance.

Trade the pool for the beautiful waters of the Gulf of Mexico by heading to one of the nearby beaches (Bradenton Beach, Coquina Beach and Holmes Beach) on Anna Maria Island only a few minutes up the road. If you don’t feel like driving feel free to catch a ride on the complementary “Monkey Bus” which can pick you up right at your doorstep and show you all the wonderful places Anna Maria Island has to offer. The Neighborhood:
The villas are located in a quiet but fun neighborhood nestled in among large Coconut and Royal palm trees. Somewhat removed yet very handy and very accessible to the beaches, restaurants and shops. Some of Florida's best restaurants are very close by.

Getting Around:
We are block off a main thoroughfare (Cortez Rd). There are transit buses in the area and the Bradenton/Sarasota airport (SRQ) is about 15 - 20 minutes away. Tampa airport approximately 50 minutes away.
