BEACH CHAIR SERVICE- 2 chairs/1 umbrella for each reservation March 1- October 31 (you may rent additional chairs from the beach attendant)

This boutique building on Holiday Isle is just off the busy highway but close to all your favorite places - Boshamps, Louisiana Lagniappe, McGuires and of course right on the Beach!

Bedroom 1 - direct ocean views en-suite bathroom, king bed, dresser, 2 nightstands, ceiling fan, TV w cable and large closet for your belongings.

Bedroom 2 - side ocean views, 2 double beds, dresser, 1 nightstand, ceiling fan, TV w cable, and closet - full bath is across from this bedroom

Dining Area- Table and chairs for 6

Living Room- leather couch and 2 leather recliners, 2 end tables, coffee table and 55” ROKU smart tv with cable

Kitchen- Refrigerator, Microwave, Oven, Dishwasher and large peninsula island for prep

We love this building because you only share our private beach with 40 other owners and their guests!

Hurricane season is June 1 - November 30 please purchase trip insurance as no refunds, credits or dates changes will be given outside of our cancellation policy.

Excellent stay

The condo itself is great. Wonderful location, clean, and we loved that it wasn’t crowded. The unit was in a corner spot so it was quiet which was nice. We loved the chair service, super convenient. The actual building itself could use some updating. They were down to one elevator which was inconvenient and sometimes a wait and the water pressure for the showers is not great. Overall, we would definitely book here again.

Destin - warmth & sun

We were slightly diappointed, very little sun but lots of warmth.We were also disappointed as we did not know that the pool was unheated until after we booked.It was in a very nice location and the beach was wonderful. Accomodations were very adequate.

Wonderful vacation

We found this last minute and it met our expectations! It was our first time in Destin. The place was clean and spacious. Enjoyed being right on the beach. We did not have to cross the road which was great! It was also really nice to have beach chairs as well. WeWrwould definitely stay here again.

Great stay for our family vacation

The condo was perfect for what we were looking for in a family vacation - it was clean, close to amenities, and right on the beach. The view was fantastic too (not sure how it will be affected once the home next door is completed), but we would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Girls Trip

We really enjoyed our trip! It’s a great central location to all of our favorite places (eating & shopping). The beach was amazing on days the weather was good. We loved that it wasn’t crowded and the beach attendants were super nice. We got hit a few times, the room is a little out-dated, but it was clean and well stocked with what we needed and great view! Would def stay again!

Beautiful view!

Condo was just perfect for the 3 of us. Walk to the beach was easy and the water was beautiful! It didn’t seem crowded at all because of the houses between the condos.

Destin on the Gulf.

The location of the condo is very nice. We were very happy that it wasn't a big place so it wasn't over crowded with people and traffic. We loved the view and the layout of the condo. The couple of downfalls was no washer and dryer in the condo but there was one you shared by the elevator, the master bedroom door had no lock, and we like it cold at night to sleep and we couldn't turn down the thermostat to our liking. But other than that we loved our stay and will be back.

Maintenance Needed

This property was not as good as advertised due to several maintenance needs discovered once we arrived. These included a broken ceiling fan, a broken garbage disposal, a sink that didn’t drain, and a cable box that needed to be reset (which I was able to do but there were more items needing attention). We reported these to the property manager, who said she was aware of the broken ceiling fan and was working with a plumber on the disposal. These items were not repaired by the end of our 7 day visit.

Great Ocean View

Overall satisfied with our trip. There were a few things that were disappointing in our room. The place needed a deep clean. The main surfaces were fine. Window blinds, ceiling fan, cabinet doors, baseboards were very dirty. With a cleaning fee, I expect better. Ceiling fan in one room and ice maker didn't work. These are things we could live with, but again expect better with the price we paid. The location was really great. Having beach service was so convenient. The master bed was very comfortable. I left my vacation with great memories, but would not stay here again. We didn't bother the owner with our concerns. Didn't want to deal with someone coming in and trying to clean while we were there.

Great location, disappointing condo

The location of this property is 10/10- close to Harborwalk Village, Big Kahuna, restaurants, etc. The beach access, beach service, and pool were all great. The condo itself is where it fell short. The worst part of the stay was the ridiculous temperature restriction. For those who don’t know, 72° for A/C in the hot, humid Florida temps is unreasonable- plain and simple. The condo was stuffy and hot. They had the A/C programmed to a schedule so just when you thought it would start to cool down, you realize the setting had changed again. If you like to sleep in a moderately cool environment whatsoever, this is NOT the place for you. Aside from the A/C this condo lacked some of the standard beach-stay basics like games, extra towels, toiletries, etc. The laundry is outside, coin operated, communal, rusted machines. Lastly, while pleasant once able to get in touch with, the host is not responsive within the app and wants communication, rental agreement, and pics of your photo ID sent via text (not necessarily a negative, but VRBO states to keep communication in the app, so just something to be aware of).
