Located in a quiet and brand new neighborhood, our cabin is packed with everything that you need and features the following: smart TV, fully equipped kitchenette for home cooked meals, cozy electric fireplace, outdoor seating, relaxing hot tub, fire pit, charcoal grill and starter kits to help you get started on your perfect vacation!

Other things to note:
đ˛This little gem is located in a peaceful and brand new neighborhood with just a few neighbors around. While the roads are paved, they can be narrow and winding leading to the cabin (we are in the mountains after all). The drive will be a breeze once you have done it for the first or second time, however, if you are not comfortable driving in the mountains this may not be the place for you.
đ˛No pets/No smoking (inside or outside of the property) is allowed.
đ˛No parties allowed.
đ˛4WD or AWD vehicles are recommended during inclement weather.
đ˛WiFi Internet is provided for your enjoyment but speeds are not guaranteed and should not be relied for work.
đ˛The cabin is in the mountains, cellphone service can be spotty.
đ˛The cabin is regularly treated by pest control, however, please keep in mind that we are located in the mountains and it would be impossible to prevent all critters.
đ˛You will be provided with a starter pack of bathroom toiletries, dish detergent, trash bags, paper towel and toilet paper. You will likely need more if your stay is longer than a few days.
đ˛The cabin is equipped with a convenient coffee maker. We do not provide coffee, so please bring your own.
đ˛Firewood is not provided. They can be purchased at any of the local grocery stores.
đ˛No refunds are given for weather/power outages. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
