LIVING AREA

Unwind into vacation mode in the inviting living area, detailed with a convenient sleeper sofa. In the evening, ignite the electric fireplace and settle in to enjoy a movie on the 50” smart TV.

Stream favorite shows on the 32' smart TV in the loft.

KITCHEN & DINING

Prepare fresh meals in the kitchen, equipped with a double basin sink and a full suite of appliances.

When it’s time to eat, gather around the dining table with seating for six.

BED & BATH

This three-story home sleeps up to 10 guests between the four bedrooms and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living area.

The first and second bedrooms each have a full-size bed and direct deck access. A bathroom with a double vanity, garden soaking tub, and a walk-in shower is accessible from both rooms.

The third and fourth bedrooms are also outfitted a full-size bed. The adjacent guest bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination.

A half bath off the kitchen provides added convenience.

Parking is available for three cars in the driveway.

The chairlift is inoperable and not available for guest use. You must walk up a flight of stairs to get to the sleeping and living areas.

Stroll the beach in 10 minutes to spend blissful days by the surf.

Drive 4 miles to Isle of Wight, a wildlife preserve with picnic areas, kayaking spots, and piers for crabbing and fishing.

Spend the day at Jolly Roger Amusement Park, featuring roller coasters, miniature golf, and a water park (4.5 miles). Or drive 7.5 miles to Baja Amusements, a 10-acre fun park offering family-friendly activities such as go-karts and mini-golf.

Take a short drive to visit the historic boardwalk for numerous seaside attractions and activities.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
