LIVING AREAS

A white velvet sectional sofa anchors the black and white living room, offering comfortable seating for eight. Relax and enjoy a movie screening on the 50” flat-screen TV.

KITCHEN & DINING

The posh kitchen features sparkling quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, white shaker cabinets, and beautiful tile. Elegant pendant lights hang above the kitchen island that offers seating for two. A bar offers seating for four and is the perfect spot for morning coffee.

Enjoy home-cooked meals around the gorgeous wood dining table that is set for six.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS

This home includes three bedrooms that sleep eight total. Three and a half bathrooms are stocked with complimentary starter supplies of toiletries.

The bright master suite is outfitted with a king-size bed, spacious walk-in closet, ceiling fan, and 48” flat-screen TV. A lavish en-suite bathroom boasts a double vanity, separate water closet, and oversized walk-in shower.

Located on the lower level, the second bedroom features a queen-size bed, ceiling fan, and a closet to stow luggage. A full bathroom with a walk-in shower is just around the corner. The stylish third bedroom features two full-size beds, a ceiling fan, closet and direct access to the full bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

OUTDOOR AREA

The private rooftop deck takes outdoor living to another level-- complete with expansive tree-top views. Enjoy ultimate relaxation on the comfortable loveseat or sink into one of the armchairs. Gather around the umbrella-shaded outdoor dining table for game night or al fresco meals.

An inviting front patio offers two additional armchairs with courtyard views.

EXTRA AMENITIES

Parking is available for one vehicle in the garage and street parking is available for extra guests. Washer/Dryer units and complimentary Wi-Fi are provided.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
