TERVETULOA

Siesta Key Beach on täydellinen paikka aurinkoa, kuoret, tai ottamalla siesta. Palm Bay Club on tunnettu sen lomakohteen mukavuudet: kaksi lämmitettyä uima-allasta, iso kylpytynnyri, valaistu tenniskentät, rannan puolella grillit, vene telakat, kalastus laituri, pelihuone pingispöytä, kuntosali sekä miesten ja naisten enemmän . On ilmainen Wi-Fi-internetyhteys kaikissa huoneissa ja allasalue!

Makuuhuone & Bath
Makuuhuoneessa on king size-vuode uusi patja ja laatikko jouset. On Matching täyspitkä pukeutuja peili ja kaksi yöpöytää lampuilla. On taulutelevisio makuuhuoneessa. Päällikkö kylpy on täysin päivitetty uusilla laattalattiat, suihku, ja uudet graniitti pesuallas top.

VIERASHUONE
Vierashuone on uusi makuuhuoneen kalusteet, jossa kaksi erillistä vuodetta yön ja täysi pukeutuja. On suuri taulutelevisio vierashuoneessa. Toinen sauna sijaitsee vieressä vierashuone. Tämä kylpyhuone on myös täysin päivitetty uusilla laatta lattiat, suihku / amme alue, ja uusi graniitti alkuun. Tämä kylpyhuone on amme ja suihku.

Kaikki pyyhkeet ja lakanat ovat talon puolesta myös rantapyyhkeet.


KEITTIÖ
Täysin varusteltu keittiö on täysin päivitetty uusilla kaapit, uudet laitteet joka koostuu lasiovi jääkaappi pohja pakastin jääpalakone, astianpesukone, litteä liesi itsepuhdistuva uuni, rakennettu mikroaaltouuni, ja hävittäminen. Muita ominaisuuksia ovat kahvinkeitin, leivänpaahdin, tehosekoitin, juicer, jne. Keittiömme on täysin varusteltu kaikki mitä tarvitset loman aikana. Olemme myös luonut uusi laatta keittiön lattialle.


Olohuone / ruokailuhuone
Olohuoneessa on sohva ja kaksi kiesit lounge tuolit mukavuutta rentoutuen ja katsella kaapeli-tv. Olohuoneen lattialla on korvattu uusilla laatta. On taulutelevisio, DVR ja DVD-soitin olohuoneessa. Ruokasali vieressä olohuone ja on pöytä ja 6 tuolia.

Condo on noin 1100 neliömetrin ja on hiljattain maalattu, uusi laattalattiat koko, päivitetty keittiö ja kylpyhuone.


SIJAINTI
Meidän huoneisto sijaitsee Persianlahden puolella ja on lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä rannasta, jossa on kaunis valkoinen kvartsihiekkaa että Siesta Key on tunnettu. Siesta Key on mitoitettu # 1 ranta maassa. Valkoinen hiekkaranta ei kuumene ja on erittäin mukava kävellä, kun otat kävelee rannalla tai katsella auringonlaskua. Auringonlaskut ovat kauniita !! Et halua missata nähdä auringonlaskuja. Voit myös nähdä Drum Circle, joka on Siesta Key Beach joka sunnuntai-iltana.

Condo yhdistys tarjoaa ranta tuolit vieraille Palm Bay Club. Voit myös vuokrata Cabanas ja sateenvarjoja haluttaessa.

We had such a wonderful time! The unit was immaculately clean and stocked with essentials like coffee filters(!!). We met neighbors right away. The whole town is friendly and quiet. The walk to the beach took less than a minute with no roads to cross. The beach trolly stop was right at the end of the driveway so we were out seeing everything there was to see. Phyllis proactively communicated in constructive yet unobtrusive ways. We could not have been more pleased.

Great stay!

Had a great week here! Beautiful warm pools, spa, and the most beautiful beach! House was well equipped with everything needed including beach things, beach towels, and a well stocked kitchen. Beds were comfy and owners were nice enough to check on us after arrival and prior to our leaving! Would stay again!

Fully equipped and close to Beach!

The owner really thought of everything when equipping this condo and it was very clean. There is a short walk to the white powder beach and an even closer walk to the pool and workout room.

Great Condo. Great Property

My wife, 2 daughters and I stayed for Spring break 2017. The property is very nice with a private beach and reasonable $15/day double, canopied lounges available. The parking is easy and the exercise rooms and pools are very nice. Mostly we appreciated our clean updated Condo. We had plenty of space and everything worked as expected. Thanks again for providing such a nice place for us to stay. We will be back.

2 bed 2 batch (shower ,tub) kids beds are too small for teens (my are 15-17 y), location is perfect gated property stuff very helpful, close to the beach, nice pool,apartment is on ground floor easy-to-use, laundry room is located next to apartment pay by app., wifi works good, tv in bedrooms and living (base cable) in closet you can find some beach toys for kids umbrella and cooler (beach chairs are on the beach )only what you need is the towels one mile walk to siesta beach , one car parking spot included we enjoyed one week of vacation!!!!!

Wonderful family vacation spot!

We visited Phyllis’ condo in July 2017. We’d never visited the area, so weren’t sure what to expect. We were thrilled with what we found! The condo is absolutely gorgeous. Very clean! Everything was in perfect condition and working order - fully equipped kitchen, fast WiFi, great tv. The walk down the pathway from the condo to the beach was stunning. Beach chairs are provided, which makes things so much easier getting to and from! We stayed in the pool the majority of our stay. Great amenities. We hope to visit again soon!

Second time at The Palm Bay Club

This was our second time staying in this unit and just like our previous visit Phyllis had the unit done to perfection. The unit is well supplied with everything that you might forget to bring with as well as a nice supply of beach items. This unit is very clean and furnished nicely as well as located in a great location at the resort. While you are located on the Gulf side and very close to the beach you are also close to the tennis courts, pool, and a short walk to the bay side with another pool and great views of the bay. We had a wonderful time and definitely plan to return again for another stay in this unit.

Another Great Experience

We just returned home 2 weeks ago from our 3rd stay in this condo and it was as great and even more so than the previous two stays. Phyllis always has the condo well supplied and this year she had just done a renovation on an already beautiful unit. The renovation is beautiful and this condo is placed perfectly on the Gulf side of the complex. We are tennis players and the courts are just steps from the unit as is the main pool. The beach is a very short walk as well and we have already made plans to return next year.

Beautiful condo in a perfect location

As Sarasota natives who returned after 6 years for a "stay-cation" of sorts, we already knew that Palm Bay is in a great location to zip on and off the south side of the key, that the grounds are well taken care of, and that a first floor unit makes for easy coming and going. But it was even better than expected given this is such a well maintained condo - the quality of construction and decor are wonderful. Phyllis and Craig are very conscientious local owners. The Palm Bay staff members are friendly and helpful. You will want for nothing if you stay in this condo! It absolutely could not have been a better experience.

Fantastic Vacation

We have been going to Siesta Key a couple of times a year since 2004 and this was our first stay at The Palm Bay Club. Phyllis was great to work with and provided everything one could imagine in the unit for a beach vacation. The unit was clean and beautifully furnished with all the comforts you could ask for and as others have noted, the pictures don't do the unit justice. Located on the beach side of the complex the unit is close to the pool and the tennis courts with just a short walk to the beach. We did really liked the fact that the unit is located on the ground floor especially after a few sets of tennis. We really had a fantastic time and would love to use this unit again.

Great other than bugs

I loved everything about this until we found some palmetto bugs, which to me are cockroaches. The owner got someone out pronto , but we had plans and were not there when treated , found more the next night. I had a hard time sleeping after that and we had to wash everything , which took time and money away from us. No compensation offered.

Beautiful Condo!

Our family of 4 (2 teenage daughters) had a wonderful time staying in Phyllis's condo. The decorations were very homey and upscale. The condo was exceptionally clean and I am super picky. It is a 3 minute walk to the beach. The pool is very close as well. The only reason I give a 4 star rating instead of a 5 star rating is because the back patio is shared with the residents on both sides of you. It is not private and has no view. One night we were next to some loud college age kids and I was worried they were going to peak in my bedroom window at night. The bathrooms were very small and the complex does not have a bathroom near the beach so you have to walk back to the condo when ever you need to go. (nothing Phyllis can do about this) Overall, we would stay here again. It was very easy to book, Phyllis is a pleasure to work with, and the inside of the condo is beautiful and clean.

Hurricane Helena /rated our house on the beach

We actually did not end up staying at Palm Bay due to hurricane Helena. Phyllis was amazing and offered us her other condo in Siesta Key located at our house on the beach. We had a great stay and her condo was beautiful with everything we needed. Close to the beach, all the amenities you could ever need. Phyllis called to check on us to make sure we had everything we needed for our stay. Class act and we are so appreciative of her kindness. Definitely would rent from them again!

Wonderful!

Phylis, the property manager, made sure we had all of the details needed for check-in, and promptly answered any questions I had. I felt good about staying someplace we hadn’t been to before. The unit was perfect for us! It’s in a great location on the property, central to every place- the pool, beach, office, fitness center, even near the laundry room and trash drop off location. Super convenient! The condo was clean, comfortable, and stocked with everything you could need. We had a great time and hope to be returning someday!

Good Vacation

Generally a good stay. There was some confusion around access to the community (never received a code) but that worked itself out. Phyliss told us that the guests before us left the place a mess so I don't blame her for the smell in the unit that went away after our second day of airing it out. The location was great, the community was nice and the unit had everything you could need and more.

We are originally from Ohio and had vacationed here at Siesta Key for over 25 years. We loved the area and purchased our first condo in 1993. We sold that condo and bought the condo at Palm Bay Club.

We moved here in 2006 and now live in South Venice area. We are hands on owners and managers of our condo.

We liked the amenities that the Palm Bay Club had to offer. Palm Bay is one of the top condo resorts on Siesta Key. Before moving to Florida we would vacation here at least 3 times a year. We love Siesta Key Beach. It is beautiful!
