The expansive Gulf views will captivate you while you appreciate the horizon from your private fourth-floor balcony at this beachfront vacation rental. The covered terrace is furnished for your comfort and even features a dining table, so you can opt for an alfresco meal while you watch the fun unfold at the vast, freeform pool in the foreground. You're likely to spend nearly as much time between the luxurious indoor and outdoor pools and hot tub as you are on the sandy shores of the Gulf, and your only worry will come from deciding which to hit up first.
Between the building's private beach access and this condo's first-rate amenities, you won't need to leave the property. Just stock up on groceries and make use of the well-equipped full kitchen. There's even a private washer/dryer if you want to pack light.
Of course, if you opt for some entertainment out of the sun, you'll be a couple of miles or less from Ripley's Believe it or Not!, Todd Herendeen Theatre, and other fabulous attractions.
As part of our ongoing efforts to enhance your experience at Shores of Panama, we are undergoing a significant construction project from September 24, 2024, to March 28, 2025. We want to ensure you are fully informed about the phases of construction and how they may impact your stay.
Phase 1: Initial Construction Period
• Dates: September 24, 2024, to November 25, 2024
• Affected Units: Balconies in units 2113, 1314, 1415, 1615 and 416 will be completely inaccessible and will have an obstructed view.
• Activities: Construction work will take place daily from 8AM to 6PM, Monday through Friday.
Phase 2: Extended Construction Impact
• Dates: November 25, 2024, to January 25, 2025
• Newly Affected Units: Additional units affected during this period include 507, 1507, 1907, 2011, 1512, 1912, 1517, and 1817, which will also experience inaccessible balconies and obstructed views.
Guest Options and Flexibility
• Relocation and Cancellations: Understanding the potential inconvenience, our local team is prepared to offer options for moving to other units or facilitating cancellations if preferred.
• Contact Us: Please reach out directly to discuss how we can best accommodate your needs during this period.

• Tentative Schedules: Please note that all mentioned dates are tentative and subject to change based on weather conditions and decisions by the homeowners association.
Things to Know
Some shared amenities are only open during peak season. The tropical bar, coffee shop, and grill are open March-October.
There is a resort fee of $85 to be paid by the guest, directly the resort upon check-in. This fee covers six amenity wristbands and one parking pass.
Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.
This rental is located on floor 4.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
