Situated in a quiet lot surrounded by trees, guests will enjoy quiet serenity and calm - and occasional wildlife sighting. The spacious deck invites outdoor living. Enjoy a peaceful moment of solitude over a cup of coffee in the morning, and later, gather with your guests to toast the day with your favorite happy hour beverage.

The welcoming, split-level interior is awash with strong natural lighting and views of the woods. Tastefully appointed throughout, the main floor's open layout seamlessly blends kitchen, living, and dining areas. The updated kitchen boasts new counters and cabinets, with aa full suit of contemporary appliances and utensils to handle home cooking. An included dishwasher means easy clean up. A built-in breakfast bar offers seating for three and the dining table can seat up to six. The living room features plush, cozy sofas and a flatscreen smart TV for movie nights and downtime during the day.

One guest room can be found on the main floor, as well as a shared, full bathroom. Recently remodeled, the bathroom features new tile-work finishing and a rainfall shower head. Two bedrooms share a full bathroom upstairs.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
