This is a spacious two-bedroom home providing all you need to relax and unwind!

Perfect for a twosome, the "huge" principal bedroom has a queen bed. If you have an extra guest or child, there is a single bed in the cozy second bedroom.

Onsite and garage parking is included. Pets welcome if approved by host -- $20/night/pet.

LONG-TERM STAYS WELCOME!

The kitchen is fully equipped with all you'd need to cook and bake. A washer/dryer is onsite, with detergent provided.

Noise Information:
This home is not far from the Rochester International Airport, so there may be opportunity for flight noise. Also there is a railroad track in the vicinity. Some people love the sound of trains! My experience is that once inside, the sounds are muffled.

There is an exterior camera system for the house, but there are no indoor cameras.
Please note that this in NOT a party location.
Maximum guests to be onsite past 11PM are the ones registered to stay.

No smoking of any kind inside the house - $150 penalty for not following this rule as the house has to be ozoned prior to next guest.
