A day-area that encourages wining and dining. Towards the rear of our residence, youâll find the two bedrooms each one with a top-of-the-line King-size bed. Finally, a bathroom with double vanity, walk-in shower, and tub/shower and a separate guest toilet completes this extraordinary residence.

LUGGAGE STORAGE: We will be more than happy to secure your luggage, either before check-in or after check-out. Our luggage storage is available as of 09h30am till 17h30, pending a 5⏠supplement per piece of luggage.
LATE CHECK-OUT: By default, our check-out time is until 11h00. A late check-out till 12 noon, is free of charge pending availability and subject to a 24 hoursâ notice. Late check-out as of 12 noon to 15h00 are subject to availability and a 60⏠supplement. For a departure after 15h00, we advise you to book an additional night subject to availability.
BABY CRIBS: Baby-cribs including a full set of linens is available pending a 12⏠daily charge.

The concept of R213 residences has been skilfully orchestrated by the owners, the Liman family, whose passion for hospitality guarantees you a real âpied Ă terreâ in Brussels.

All of our apartments are located in a multi-unit secured building, set on Brusselâs emblematic Rue Royale, literally a 15 minutesâ walk from our historic city-centre. Whatâs more, youâll be able to hop on our cityâs tramway network right at your doorstep.
Like many multicultural inner-city areas, our own neighbourhood is in full revitalisation mode, the scenery is diversified, Our immediate neighbours include several hotels, including our very own 4-Star property, and numerous heritage buildings with some of them being revamped to their reminiscent glory. At first view it may take a moment to habituate to, but a fantastic inner city transport access, a vibrant atmosphere right from Chaussee de Haecht, just around the corner from us, with a great food scene, ethnic shops, and a warm and friendly community largely makes up for this.
On one side and just a stone throws away youâll find the « Botanique », one of our capitalâs primary cultural centres, whilst at the end of our street youâll find the iconic Royal Sainte Marie Church. Rue Royale is an important cultural artery in Brussels, with the âBotaniqueâ being a venue for countless attractions such as concerts, gatherings, exhibitions, and festivals. Not to mention the park that surrounds it, a real green lung in our city. Sprinkled across the Rue Royale youâll find loads of small businesses shops and eateries some of which housed in impressive Art Deco buildings.
