Eristäytynyt Tamarindo Beach House -suora pääsy rannalle. Täydellinen perheille

Hacienda del Pacifico on hiljattain remontoitu talo, jonka on suunnitellut tunnettu Kalifornian arkkitehti.
Perinteisen hacienda-tyylin inspiraatiota käyttämällä talo avautuu hyvin yksityiselle yksinäiselle
puutarha, jossa on laguunin muotoinen uima-allas. Hacienda-tyylillä on kyse ulkoilmakäytävistä
kytke talon osat. Aito sisä- / ulkotiloihin. Toisin kuin monet viime aikoina
rakennetut talot ja asunnot alueella, Hacienda tarjoaa erittäin ainutlaatuisen Costa Rican kokemuksen.
Kuten yksi asiakas ilmaisi niin hyvin, "sinulla on oma trooppinen paratiisi".

Ranta-alueellamme on erinomainen uinti ja surffaus sekä laskuveden uima-altaat
tutkia. Lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä pisteestä saat parhaan auringonlaskun näkymän Tamarindossa. Jos
menet rannalle ja unohdat jotain, tai haluat viimeisen uida kuin aurinko on
asetus - makuuhuoneesi on vain minuutin päässä.

Talon pääpaino on suuri "kävelygalleria", joka yhdistää kaikki alueet keskitetyn terassialueen ympärille, jossa on uima-allas, terassi ja puutarha. Allas on enemmän vapaamuotoinen laguuni vesiputous, joka tekee puutarha näyttää erittäin trooppinen. Koko päivän aikana tätä aluetta suosii suuri joukko lintuja. Keittiömme on täysin varustettu ja avoin terassille ja ruokailutilalle, jolloin vieraat voivat tulla ja mennä haluamallaan tavalla.

Talossa on 4 makuuhuonetta, joissa kaikissa on oma kylpyhuone. Master-sviitti on erillinen 'casita', jossa on olohuone, kylpyhuone ja ulkosuihkualue. Jos et ole koskaan kokenut ulkosuihkua, se on nautinto!

Meillä on lainelautailutila ja suihkutila, joten surffaajat ja hiekkajaloiset lapset pääsevät sisään sivuportin kautta ja pesevät ennen talon alueelle saapumista.

Talon edessä on parkkipaikka kahdelle autolle. Kaikissa huoneissa on pieni turvallinen arvoesineitä varten.

Kävellä kaupunkiin rannalla on 10 minuuttia. Tamarindon hienoin hotelli, Capitan Suizo, on naapurimme. He tarjoilevat herkullisia ruokia, ja heillä on musiikkia ja grilli-iltoja rannalla kahdesti viikossa. Aamiainen puiden ulvovien apinoiden kanssa on niistä kuuluisia. Monet näistä ulostajista voidaan kuulla varhain aamulla Haciendasta. This house is so beautiful! Lexie was always available and so wonderful to work with. The beach was basically across the street which made it really easy to go back and forth. You are close enough to town to walk to all the restaurants or take a 2 min uber. We saw lots of wildlife.. and lots of bugs since the house is open air, but it was a fun experience and the house makes you feel like you are in the jungle. Loved it!

Absolutely loved our stay - a group of 6 plus a baby (my wife, kids, son-in-law, grandson). The property is amazingly beautiful and in a great location. Lexi was always responsive to our needs, and the property is updated and clean. We would jog each morning on the beach (just across the street) then jump in the pool to cool off. When not doing planned activities, we spent plenty of time at the beach, and my daughter and I even learned to surf board! If we come to Tamarindo again, there's no question - we will want to stay here again!

Authentic hacienda and experience!

What a magical experience! Appreciate the host’s communication, the staff and the accommodations! Loved the authentic feel, surrounded by nature, and proximity to the beach.Did have a few issues with hot water in the outdoor shower but other than that was a really wonderful experience! Pura vida! I

Excellent Stay

Fantastic property with close proximity to the beach. Close enough to shopping, restaurants, etc, but enough distance from the busy areas of Tamarindo to enjoy quiet mornings and evenings. Cleaning and maintenance staff were excellent. We will definitely book this property in the future.

Excellent Location with Wonderful Staff

Hacienda Del Pacifico is just across the street and a short walk down a path to the beach at Tamarindo Beach. The House is in great shape, the staff Aniesta and Lionel are incredibly helpful, and overall it is a great place to stay in Tamarindo/Langosta. We highly recommend it.

Hacienda del Pacifico a great place

The house was awesome! Had everything you needed to enjoy your stay. The outdoor kitchen was great and the pool was on time for when you got back from your day’s adventure. Lexie is great, easy to contact and got back to us very quickly with answers to our questions. Definitely would recommend this place for you vacation.

Great stay in paradise

My friends and I had a fantastic stay! Everything was clean and we had all the essentials to enjoy our time in Costa Rica. Wonderful Costa Rican paradise

What a fantastic home! Felt like we were away from it all year close to everything. The house was so spacious and had everything we needed. We loved the outdoor living spaces and the bedrooms were nice and cool. The beach and shops and restaurants are all steps away. Highly recommend!

Family trip to Tamarindo

Pictures don’t quite do it justice, the home is amazing. Staff does a great job of keeping property tidy. Would highly recommend! Short walk to a quieter part of the beach, but still close to town. Also fun to walk around the point to Playa Longosta; lots of tide pools. Snorkeling is decent on the left side of the beach.

Perfect for an extended family. A beautiful setting - even better than the photos. The best location - away from the tumult yet easily walkable to town along a gorgeous beach. Anester, the housekeeper was a godsend and Leo, the gardener was also eager to be helpful. We loved the open Air layout, pool, comfortable beds and made full use of the well equipped kitchen.

Amazing!

This hacienda was absolutely perfect for our family of 8 especially during covid! We loved Anester and Leo. They were so kind and accommodating. Lexie was great to communicate with. We felt very safe, loved the beach access and the pool. We rented 2 golf carts which we highly recommend! Great location! We hope to be back sometime!

Best house ever!

Hacienda del Pacifico was everything and more as described in the listing! Rooms were very comfortable and though it did come with specific instructions that were out of the ordinary for us tourists, everything was easy to manage And comply with. The daily maid services was excellent and the Gardner was there every day to attend to the pool. My family enjoyed this much more than a resort. We had all the amenities plus privacy. Though we ate most meals out, there is a great grocery about a mile away that had everything you might need or want. We’re def returning!

Perfect House and Location

We came to Tamarindo for a wedding, but didn’t want to stay at the hotel. There were 7 adults in our group who wanted something more private so we chose Hacienda del Pacifico. Pros: Each bedroom had its own bathroom. Courtyard area with pool and outdoor kitchen was AMAZING. Cleaning service came on certain days. Property felt safe and secure. Check in/out was very easy. Host was very responsive and helpful. Access to the beach was VERY convenient. House provided beach chairs, towels, ice chests. Cons: Our group had no complaints. Everyone enjoyed the home.

Beautiful house!

This was such a great house for our group of 6 - mom, dad, three teen/young adults sons and one friend. Everyone had plenty of space and we all enjoyed the pool and outdoor kitchen so much! The walk down to the beach is so easy and allowed our fishermen to head over to the rocks near Playa Langosta to fish and our surfers to go the other way to surf Tamarindo. The groundskeeper and housekeeper were just amazing and kept the house so neat and clean. We did have an issue with the master bedroom AC not cooling properly — it was resolved with a new AC unit for the room that works great. Thanks for a great week with wonderful family memories!

Perfect House For Our Family Vacation

First and foremost, many thanks to Lexie for her incredible communication and helping coordinate transportation to and from the airport. Additionally, her recommendations for activities and meals were spot on. The house is amazing; our extended family of eight had no problems finding comfort, space, and enjoyment in all that it had to offer. The rooms and beds were comfortable, the pool was inviting, the kitchen was ideal, and the location to the beach - just steps away - was perfect. Walking to shops and restaurants in and around town was also quite easy. Both Leo and Anestor were extremely helpful and made us feel welcomed as soon as we arrived. They take exceptional care of the property and its guests. Hacienda del Pacifico was the perfect house for our Costa Rican vacation, and there's no doubt it will be the same for yours. Pura Vida!

Location, Location, Location

Literally 2 minutes to the beach, and a few minutes walk to town on the beach or street. Very safe area. Great bedroom setup for each couple. The open air concept , the pool , and the landscaping at the house are awesome. The housekeeper and the groundskeeper are very helpful , and kept the house spotless throughout our stay. The two issues that were really minor annoyances , but worth mentioning , were the alarm, that went off everyday , and usually at 5:30 am… probably caused by the raccoons or cat next door( very cute and friendly white cat with tabby tail) The other issue is the toilet paper which must be placed in a waste paper basket rather than flushed down the toilet. It wasn’t mentioned before hand, and was a bit off putting at first, but we all got used to it. We just bought some Huggies wipes, and Lysol

The best trip!!

We stayed at Hacienda del Pacifico with our family of 8 (my husband and I, our 4 kids in their 20's and 2 of their girlfriends). The space was perfect for us - we spent a lot of time hanging out by the pool, playing games at the outdoor kitchen table or at night in the air conditioned living room. We cooked our own meals a couple times after shopping at the amazing farmers market on Saturday mornings - fresh fish, fruits and veggies, homemade sourdough bread, pastries! We also had two different chefs cook for us on two nights. We did a day long trip to Rio Celeste water fall, a sloth sanctuary and a coffee/chocolate farm - such a great day. We ate so well - so many great restaurants in town..Dragonfly, Tandoor and El Sapo were some of our favorites for dinner. Cafe Tico, Breaking Bread and Waffle Monkey were all great for breakfast. We also went to the Friday night beach BBQ at Hotel Capitan Suizo across the street. The proximity to the beach is amazing - some days we would sit at the beach and on windy days we would stay by our pool - but still close so we could run down for a quick dip in the ocean. I highly recommend renting a golf cart for getting groceries or just going into town when it is hot. We would walk up the street toward Langosta to the public beach access to watch the sunsets. The beds were comfy and the air conditioning in the rooms kept things cool. The house was kept perfectly clean by Anester every day. I highly recommend this house - we loved it!

The location to town was very walkable and it was close to a grocery story so we didn’t have to eat every meal out. We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen or at least having that option. They rooms were very comfortable and was very relaxing.

Our family had a wonderful trip. This home makes you truly feel like you are away. It has a great location and was very well taken care of.

After coming to the Tamarindo area in 1995 to surf some of the best waves in Costa Rica, we were fortunate to find land to buy so we could surf directly in front of our house. We built the Hacienda with a little bit of nostalgia for old Spanish style California.
