Our property offers two pools, water front access on Lake George & lots of outdoor activities during the summer season. The home features 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, a NEW kitchen with granite counters, living and dining room with hardwood floors, large living room with hardwood floors and wood burning fireplace, sitting area with filtered lake views and additional dining, a large deck with patio seating and tables for 12+, and a washer and dryer convenient for large groups on vacation. All new flooring for 2023! This home is expandable by reserving the in-law style studio on the ground floor, adding a queen bed and full bath for a total of 5 bedroom / 3 baths, and providing easy access to a living space without any steps from the parking area, and offering that extra privacy that someone in your party may desire. Enjoy lawn games, a fire pit and lazy Adirondack chairs. Relax at either of our 2 pools or at the lake access point. Row boats and canoe available for our guests to enjoy, and on property games such as horse shoes, shuffle board and corn hole add to the fun. We are very near to the lake, located on the east (lake) side of Lakeshore Drive, about 500' from the lake. We have deeded access via a trail down (and back up!) the hillside, which leads to an approximately 125' space with an authentic natural Adirondack Lake front with gorgeous views, water access and several canoes & rowboats that we provide for our guests at no additional charge (in-season). Please note that there is no vehicular access, and that walking up and down the trail is required. For those who may be visiting from points south or east, please understand that this is not a "sandy beach" as found on the oceans / sounds. It is a beautiful spot to bring a chair and take it all in, enjoy the sound of the water, take a dip or explore the bay in our boats. During the peak summer season, we prefer to rent this property by the week, from friday to friday. Sat/Sat or sun/sun are also options, depending upon availability. -Our pet policy: We allow up to one animal, under 50 lbs and at least one year in age. There is a pet fee applicable to your stay. While a guest with us, animals must not be left unattended in your accommodation unless crated, are not allowed on furniture or bedding, and any “business” must be cleaned up by pet parents. The department of Health regulations do not allow dogs at pools or the game areas. Guests must select "Pet" when reserving. Please contact us before booking if you wish to request exceptions to this policy.
