*Any rental of equipment(s) must be picked up or returned to vendor one day before check out.
*No Pets, No Parties and No Events. No tents/canopies allowed on-site and pitched.
*Maximum of 10 people onsite at all times.
*If any watercraft is docked on site an additional security deposit of $1,200 is required. This security deposit is in addition to the normal security deposit of $1,000 to rent this house on a weekly basis.
*We do not approve early check ins. If the house is ready early, we will contact you.
*Rental Period Jan 2025 - April 2025: Outdoor patio furniture, propane fire pit, gas grill and dock are not available. Exterior wood fire pit and 8 Adirondack are available during this rental period.
