From the custom pool and waterfall to interior finish work and thoughtful design features, his craftsmanship helped bring so much of this home to lifeâwork that still stands strong nearly two decades later.
The neighborhood remains peaceful, welcoming, and full of memories. Itâs a joy to now share this home with others.

One of the most tranquil and beloved features is our custom SPOOLâa spa/pool hybrid with jets, a swim jet, and a beautiful, stacked stone waterfall. Morning or evening, youâll often find us relaxing on the patio, listening to the soothing sound of the water and enjoying the calm that this outdoor space brings.
