River View is a beautiful 6 bedroom / 8 bath home that comfortably sleeps 26 guests. Spend your days exploring the nearby National and State Parks, practicing your putt on one of the many golf courses, biking through the desert mountains, or never leave home! With Foosball, Ping pong, YouTube Tv, a private hot tub, spacious kitchen, and just across the street access to Kid's Cove at Paradise Village. Enjoy a cold/hot drink beverage on the observing deck while your kids play on the Foosball table upstairs or enjoy Paradise Village amenities. Spend your nights telling scary stories around the fire under the starry sky or soaking your tired muscles in the private hot tub. Everything about the house was wonderful! Our family had a great, comfortable stay. The big pool is right across the street which the kids loved. We will definitely be staying here again.

We have stayed here the past 2 years over spring break. It fits our family well. We love that it's across the street from the pool and slides. We love the large kitchen table, the fire pit and hot tub. The multiple bedrooms with attached baths is great. We have already booked it again for next spring break! We had to buy a few more rolls of paper towels and a box of tall kitchen bags. No ice maker, but we bought ice.

Well used home

The house has good proximity to the water parks within the resort community. You can certainly tell it has been frequently used. It was large enough for the entire family.

Nice property!

We enjoyed our stay! the beds were extremely comfortable and we loved that every bedroom had it's own bathroom. Kitchen was well stocked and we enjoyed all the conveniences, especially being directly across from the water park. Highly recommend!

Our family really enjoyed our stay. Everything was great! The only suggestion I have is to bring your own toilet paper. The paper provided was thinner than tissue paper. Other than that, it was perfect!

As a mom with nine kids, I've got to share how amazing Paradise Village 103 is for families like ours! This vacation rental is an absolute gem. First off, it's right by Kids Cove, which is a lifesaver when you're wrangling a big crew. Plus, the fact that it offers parking is a huge relief in vacation spots. But what really sets this place apart are all the little extras that make it a dream for the kiddos. The arcade games, foosball, and shuffleboard kept my bunch entertained for hours. We're already counting down the days until we can book again!

Fun family stay

Our family enjoyed the large house with lots of fun space and especially the swimming areas. We loved the long and late hours the pools were open. We had a group of 25, and we felt there was plenty of room. Check-in and check-out were effortless. We will stay here again.

Great place for our Famiky Reunion

We loved the huge dining room table and the on-suite bathroom ms for each of the 6 bedrooms!! Our grandchildren loved the arcade games, the shuffleboard game and all of the board games. The close proximity to the pool entrance was very convenient. We had plenty of room to gather and play games.
