There are also many nearby attractions for the kids such as Ripley's and Race City, both less than 2 miles away! Ring Door Bell on property.

Wonderful stay

This is our second time staying at this property . We love PCB and this is our home away from home . Property is well decorated , very clean and simply just pleasure to be here . Thank you for the wounderful experience.

Great location

We had a great time during our stay at this Florida condo! The beach was absolutely beautiful—just steps away and perfect for relaxing. The condo itself was spacious, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Amenities like the pool and parking were also great and added to the experience.The host was wonderful to communicate with—she was always quick to respond and very helpful throughout the booking and stay.The only downside was the cleanliness, which unfortunately didn’t meet our expectations. A bit more attention to detail in that area would have made this a five-star experience.Overall, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the host’s responsiveness and hospitality.

Amazing corner unit with two balconies and an in room ice machine (saved so much time and money)! Very spacious for 7 people. Wonderful owner with quick replies to questions and generous flexibility on travel dates. Would absolutely stay again without hesitation 🙂

Newly Renovated centrally Located

The condo was very nice with all new renovations. Inside the condo felt very much like home which was very comforting. The overall property itself seemed a little dated… But it was very well-maintained. It felt like regardless of which direction we drove it was quick and easy access to most anything you wanted to do.

Great as always !

Since 2017 I am visiting Panama City every year at least . I love the city . I love the beach . Every time I am choosing Majestic. View from the balcony is simply amazing. Most of the rooms in good shape . They have everything you need during your stay . Our last stay was the best . Condo was very large . Very clean . Very well decorated and by far the best apartment we stayed. Sheila , property manager was helpful and nice . Thank you for the experience

Wonderful condo

This corner unit condo was beautiful and one of the cleanest we've ever stayed in. Beautifully furnished throughout including the balcony furniture. Amazing views of the beautiful gulf and sunsets. Good communication with the property manager made the check in process easy and we had no maintenance isses. Condo had everything we needed. Everyone we dealt with at the resort was very kind, professional and helpful.

Amazing condo

We were very impressed with the condo. Everything was as pictured in the listing. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the furniture and the details put into the condo. The only down fall to our stay had nothing to do with the host or the condo itself. This will probably be the last time we stay at Majestic (this was our second time) the “fun” police by the pool were completely ridiculous. If you have small kids and want to jump and play and throw balls or use pool floats, stay somewhere else. Don’t try to have drinks close to the pool either. God forbid you might spill a drop in the pool and they will have to shut it down. Other than that it was a perfect vacation.

Condo with awesome view

Condo was overall comfortable. Towels and wash clothes were very thin and stained. We actually bought new white ones and left them. Poor quality sheets (microfiber) and ill fitting that did not stay on king bed.

Overall good

I like to be very transparent when writing reviews as I use them to select our vacation properties. We stayed in tower II at majestic 1301. The property was clean and accessible. Quick access to the beach, pool, and game room. Elevators worked properly with limited wait times. The property is located on Front beach rd which makes for a very noisy stay. We could hear the street racers and car pipes in our condo even in the back bedrooms. No fault to the property owners. Condo: the access code for the door was VERY hard to use. We literally had to practice opening the door multiple times until we felt confident we could get back in. We were given very limited instructions by the property manger and a phone call to even get in the condo. In which we were instructed to “practice” opening the door with the code. The condo was clean, however there was a very strong “fish” smell in the condo. I informed the manager in which she sent me the cleaners number and told me to contact them and they would take care of that. I did not feel that was my job as a renter to take care of that, so with the air turned on and wall plug ins the smell went away. I did not contact the cleaners. One of the TVs in the front bedroom did not have a control so the kids were unable to use that tv for the 5 day stay. Manager was informed and states she would order another remote. The master bedroom bed is hard as a rock. If that’s your style you will love it. Otherwise the condo was as stated in the description and the pics.

You're been watch-no privacy.

To those out there that read reviews, just want to let you know your are been watch by the house owner camara. No where in the room description says about any camara but once we arrived we notice a camara. According to Vrbo we were supposed to get the door code 2 days before our arrival but this lady waited until I was in front of the door to give me the code and watch me on her camara. The room was dirty and we had encountered few roaches around our food/fruits. This owner has a bed set that doesn't want to be used, if you going to have something that you don't want anyone to use it don't have it in your rental property. I notified the owner about the door not opening due to battery issues with the door code system and never reply or fixed it, I had to leave the door open a couple of time to be able to go in and out for a long period of time hoping no body realized it was open. Overall experience with this rental and owner from 1-10 I'll give it a negative 10. DON'T RENT HERE, NOT WORTH IT.... Para aquellos que leen las reseñas, solo quiero que sepan que hay cámara y el dueñocasa los esta observado, no hay privacidad. En ninguna parte de la descripción de la habitación dice acerca de cualquier cámara, pero una vez que llegamos notamos una cámara. Según Vrbo, se suponía que debíamos obtener el código de la puerta 2 días antes de nuestra llegada, pero esta señora esperó hasta que estuve frente a la puerta para darme el código y mirarme con su cámara. La habitación estaba sucia y habíamos encontrado algunas cucarachas alrededor de nuestra comida/frutas. Este propietario tiene un juego de cama que no quiere usar, si va a tener algo que no quiere que nadie use, no lo tenga en su propiedad de alquiler. Le notifiqué al propietario que la puerta no se abría debido a problemas de batería con el sistema de código de la puerta y nunca respondí ni lo arreglé, tuve que dejar la puerta abierta un par de veces para poder entrar y salir durante un largo período de tiempo esperando que nadie se diera cuenta de que estaba abierto. La experiencia general con este alquiler y el propietario del 1 al 10 le daré un 10 negativo. NO ALQUILER AQUÍ, NO VALE LA PENA....
