Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans. They will NOT enter the home.

You’ll have access to every room and feature of this home except the garage. Make yourself at home; your hosts are just a phone call or text away if you have any questions or want recommendations for things to do nearby. There is a keypad on the front door for easy and secure access to the home.

A second bedroom upstairs includes a queen bed and generous storage, while the downstairs bedroom provides another queen bed with cozy furnishings. Two full bathrooms are available, each with a shower/tub combination and stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Fresh towels, extra linens, and a hair dryer are provided. Let us know a little about your dog(s) and we should be able to accommodate with an adjustment to our cleaning fee. $100 cleaning fee per dog, maximum two dogs only. Sorry, no cats permitted.

This home is in a residential area and being respectful to the neighbors is of utmost importance. Parties that are excessively noisy will be shut down, expelled and be threatened with civil prosecution.

Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $500.
