Päivitetty oman mukavuuden kanssa viime korjauksia koko:
Olohuone on uusi seinät ja valaistus ja on suuri 42 "HDTV (kaapeli ja DVD-soitin) ja puun polttaminen takka.
Uusi Keittiö ominaisuuksia lattialämmitys, korkealaatuisesta ruostumattomasta teräksestä laitteet, infrapuna-alue ja uudet seinät ja maali ( "alkaen nastat up").
Kaikki ovet ja leikata ja laitteistoa on laajennettu koko.
Seinälle taulutelevisio jokaisessa makuuhuoneessa.
Uusi kylpyhuone on uusi laatta koko, kaikki uusi kalusteet, höyrysuihku ja lattialämmitys.

Korkea nahka huonekalut löytyy koko yksikkö, ja huoneissa on laadukkaat vuodevaatteet ja erinomaisen korkea vuodevaatteet.

Vain 3 korttelin päässä Silver Queen Gondola (Aspen) keskustassa Aspen. Kaunis yksityinen Riverfront asetus tarjoaa Rauhallisen, vain muutaman minuutin kävelymatkan päässä kaikista Aspen on tarjota. Great location in Aspen!

The condo was perfect for the 4 of us, and the location was super convenient to the base of Ajax and City Market. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. Daily housekeeping was a very nice touch. The living area was cozy and spacious enough for the 4 of us, with a big dining table. The bathrooms were nicely updated, and the steam shower in the master was lovely. The only complaint I have is that the mattresses were not super comfortable. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much!

Close to downtown. Right next to free bus stop that can take you anywhere on the 4 mountains. Host was extremely accommodating.

Excellent place in Aspen!

We loved this condo. It was perfect for our family. The location is close to town (5 minute walk). The host was friendly and helpful. Check in and check out was smooth. The place is clean and well stocked. Everything was really great. Will book again.

Ideal place to stay when in Aspen

Our stay at the unit was great! Brian’s attentiveness to every detail and request was immediate and unsurpassed. You can tell he cares about his guests’ experiences. The location of the unit was ideal to the town, a short 10 mn walk from the action. The unit was remodeled and is in great condition. We would stay there anytime! Thank you Brian!

Great Stay Again!

This is our second year at Chateau Roaring Fork, in this same unit. Great location, Roaring Fork river in the backyard is idyllic. Walk or east bike to town, and Brian the property manager is great. We ran out of propane for the grill, and it was replaced rapidly with no issues! Thanks again

Great Stay!

Overall, a great property, as advertised. The only issue was the internet, which was not working for part of the stay. Spoke with property manager who informed me that this was a building-wide issue that was being addressed in the near future. Other than this issue, no complaints and had a great time staying here duringm y trip to Aspen

Wonderful, relaxing, great views

Our family enjoyed listening to and overlooking the Roaring Fork River and watching the sunrise over the mountains each day from the balcony. The condo complex is peaceful with stunning views. It is not in the exact center of Aspen Village but a 5 minute walk--and two short blocks to the grocery store. This condo is nicely furnished and it was easy to prepare simple meals. We used the large pool/heated jacuzzis and workout room daily. We had a blissful week!

Clean, Very nice place, and a PM with a quick response time

Nice place with mountain views and sounds of the creek. The property manager, "Brian" was quick to respond to our cries of no sponge and no coffee filters (it is debatable if the coffee machine could have been run without filters). In Brian's defense, the usual cleaning lady was out with the birth of her granddaughter so I expect this was a one-time deal. Overall, great experience and we would rent again.

We had continuous plumbing issues and had to wait 24 hours for repairs. It would be nice if unit supplied basic spices,I.e. salt. No cleaning products to wipe down counters or baths. Location and unit were good.

Aspen Skiing Holiday Accommodation To Exceed Expectations

Having recently returned from our 11 day skiing holiday in Aspen we only have good things to say about the Chateau Roaring Fork and its managing agent, Brian Harris. Not only was Brian readily accessible via his mobile (even on Xmas day when we had some difficulty in figuring out how the shower fitting operated), but he was friendly and responded quickly to our requests. That's not to say that we needed to contact him more than twice because everything in the well-appointed (my wife doesn't do 3-stars), well-located and well-stocked apartment was in good working condition, from the Weber on the outside patio to the kitchen appliances, heating apparatus, etc. And everything that had been promised on the marketing website was actually there. We were really pleased to realise that the pictures posted on the website were not just a professional photographer's way of luring unsuspecting customers, but truly reflective of the way the apartment looks. And by the end of the first afternoon, after a short stroll to the Butcher Shop, the Grog Shop and the the Village market and back we realised just how well located it was. Just a few blocks from the Ajax mountain Gondola and the bus stop. And on Xmas day we collected our pre-prepared trukey dinner from Jour De Fete, a charming little eaterie only two blocks away which provides a great breakfast and lunch menu. In fact, with the free transport in Aspen there is no need to hire a car at all, and the Mountain Taxi service catered for any of the days where the girls were too tired to take on the short walk home from the bus station after a hard days skiing. Each night the kids and I treated our worn bodies to the hot tubs (there are three different temperatures); a welcome facility. We have already made our 2012 booking and will be recommending that our friends, who will be joining us for Xmas this year, also rent in the same apartments. And did I forget to mention that it was very affordable? Especially in comparison to some of the other alternatives we looked at. Our only criticism is that Mother Weather didn't give us more snow before we arrived on 24 December. However, we can't complain too much as she did deliver 11 days of sunny blue skies and warm termperatures. A trade-off that I'd take any day. All-in-all one of the best skiing holidays we've ever had, and we've skiied all over Europe and Canada.

Nice Condo Great Location

The condo was very clean in a nice location and matched the photos in the listing. Being on the Roaring Fork River was a plus. Brian was very easy to work with. If you are contemplating renting the condo during the summer be aware that there is no air conditioning. While we were in Aspen last week the temps were in the mid 80's. Also, the condo is on the third floor of the building with no elevator so if you have a lot of gear to haul up you should be aware of this fact.

Cozy, clean, fully appointed chalet-style condo

Overall great rental! The location was very close (easily walkable) to all the essentials & famous Aspen entertainment/hospitality. Balcony over the river provided tranquility & privacy! Not having an elevator was the only single concern some folks might have, but easily outweighed by being on the 3rd floor with those beautiful beamed, vaulted ceilings & Mountain View’s! Tastefully remodeled baths & kitchen were in perfect shape, the later having all conceivable necessities to prepare full family meals. The unit became as comfortable as our home in a matter of days!! The amenities, especially the steam shower & huge outdoor jacuzzi were perfect after amazing days skiing, while rare in-unit washer/dryer is super convenient! Brian & his entire team were A+ from reservations, suggestions, assistance, cleaning (Abigail & team are spectacular & came daily to quickly tidy up) & the single unforeseen shower head repair that was seemingly magically resolved by the time we returned home! Great overall experience & already rebooked for next year & hopefully more!! This is a great property!

Cute, quiet property

Lovely updated condo. We enjoyed our stay and especially sitting on the balcony listening to the river below. Just a quick 5 minute walk to the grocery store was so convenient. Would definitely stay here again.

Great condo, Great location

Chateau Roaring fork was just right, in the right location, easy access, pool was great, and the property manager was very easy and responsive to deal with. even had a box fan and humidifier in each closet for the nights it got hot! I would recommend this condo!
