Welcome to our spacious home in Williams, Arizona! It has room for the whole family.

Your family and friends will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home with a short walk to parks, restaurants, and coffee shops. There is plenty of room for the whole family—one bedroom even has bunk beds! Enjoy your stay in the gateway town to the Grand Canyon with so many things to do in the cute community of Williams. The large parking area runs almost the whole length of the lot , allowing you to park a trailer or RV.

The check in process was seamless. The property owner was extremely polite and communicative. The house was AMAZING! The kitchen was spacious and great for cooking. The rooms were great size and the tub in the primary room. I will definitely book again of the family size permits.

Great!

The house was located in the perfect location, close to downtown and far enough away to not hear anything. All the necessities were in the house plus extras it was also big enough for us all to have space and enjoy our time. I would recommend this property and will be reserving it on our next trip

Great place to stay while visiting the south rim of the Grand Canyon

Great place in Williams, walkable to restaurants and the downtown Route 66 strip. We had plenty of room to park our 40 ft Super C motorhome.

Huge and great location!!

This house is perfect for 2 families!! Kids wing and two king en-suite with private bathrooms. The house is 3 mins from everything- polar express/train, canyon coasters and downtown! The host was very responsive and helpful with my 3 year old got sick in our car and we needed to hose off her car seat. Highly recommend to families!

Perfect Size!

Great location, easy to find and quite satisfactory for our small family reunion. Close to all sorts of hiking, picknicking and visiting the Grand Canyon. Thank you for a wonderful place to stay that made it all happen!

Great Williams Stay

Very nice big home on the west side of Williams. Walking distance to everything. The place was extremely clean. The beds were super comfortable. We came up from Tucson as an extended family vacation get away and had a great time. Highly recommend this property to anyone.

Perfect location for Polar Express and Bearizona

Very close to the train station to board the Polar Express. Just down the road from Bearizona. Large home to comfortably fit our group (6 adults and 6 kids). Quiet neighborhood. Clean and well kept home and amenities.

Perfect home for a wonderful Christmas holiday...the only thing the house didn't have was the snow but you cannot fault it for that. Walking distance to town and the store, big enough for our extended family

We had a great time at this property. We had two pets and I will say that the back yard is unfortunately not completely fenced so potty trips are leash only. Otherwise, plenty of rooms and space.

Previous stays at rental units were considerably nicer than compared to this property. A few comments if you’re going to allow dogs, you really should have the backyard fenced in totally and the backyard should be free of weeds. If you’re going to have a deck, it would be nice to have it clean and the tables and chairs wiped down prior to people coming. The front yard from the driveway to the door should have a proper walkway in order to bring suitcases in the house. It would be nice if there was a sheet available or a book available telling about the different restaurants in the area how to lock the door upon exiting the house for the day if the fireplace is operational just general information. The house itself could use a little freshening up and the kitchen could have a few more amenities. This is just for your information for future as our group would not stay there again. That is why I’ve given it a four rating instead of a five. This is not to be derogatory. It’s just comments on our stay other people may think differently. Thank you.

Family trip with RZR

House was in a great location walking distance to down town. Dogs are welcome which is a huge plus. We all brought our RZR to ride and the parking was great. The only downfall and it’s small is that there is some minor fixed that need to be done. But other than that will be back for sure.

Lovely Stay

Our stay in Williams was just lovely. The house was well appointed with all the things we needed. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of cookware and dishes so we were easily able to make breakfast and dinner for our group of seven. There was plenty of room for us to spread out - the house is MUCH larger than it appears to be from the outside! It was centrally located so that everything in town was easily accessible, and getting in and out of town was also quick and easy. We would definitely stay again - thank you so much for having us!

Great Family Vacation Stay

This location checks all the boxes! Everything you want for a family trip to the grand canyon! House was much bigger than expected. Plenty of space for my family of 10. Two master bedrooms, plenty of room for the kids, a large private dining room that seats everyone, and a spacious living area. Kitchen has everything you need. Right near the heart of Williams, AZ where there is plenty to do aside from visiting the Canyon. Bearizona is a must see for the kids! And a grocery store is a few blocks away. The central a/c puts it over the top! I strongly recommend and would certainly stay here when in town. Great value for the price as well, plus the owner stays in the perfect amount of contact to where you feel totally comfortable. 5 out of 5 stars!

Absolutely wonderful for a large group/family

This was our first time using VRBO or any similar property. This experience sold us on continuing to use such bookings. Our family group included 12 people including 3 little ones 2 and under. The open layout of the home was perfect for our large group. The kitchen was large enough to cook for our large group and had plenty of storage for the food and snacks we brought. Even better was the location and the ease of getting to the activities we planned to do. It's a short drive to Bearizona, the Mountain Coaster, and Grand Canyon Deer Farm. It is walking distance from historic Williams and Route 66. The host was very kind and extremely easy to reach. We did not encounter any issues with the home but I have no doubt if we did our host would have responded right away. Our family absolutely wants to return to the same home for our next trip to the Williams area. Beautiful home in a beautiful area.
