Welcome to The Emerald - a custom, newly built home in the heart of Bentonville, Arkansas.

This home can sleep up to 8 guests and has 4 private bedrooms. Our living room is complete with ample seating, a 48-inch Smart TV and plenty of games. Our large kitchen has a host of new appliances and amenities, perfect for whipping up your favorite meal. Outside on our back patio, enjoy a private fenced-in back yard with a dining area, lots of green space, and a fire pit with adirondack chairs. 

Our home is just a 5 minute drive (or 10 minute bike ride) to all of Bentonville's key locations - 1.2 miles to Downtown Bentonville, 1 mile to Coler Mountain, plus 1.5 miles to Slaughter Pen Trails, The Momentary, Crystal Bridges and more!

The Emerald is located in a quiet neighborhood with quick access to all Bentonville has to offer!

When you enter our home, you'll be greeted by our entryway as well as the entrance to one of our Queen bedrooms. Walk a little further and pass the stairs to enter our open-concept kitchen, dining and living room area. To the left, you'll see our fully-stocked kitchen complete with bright, emerald green cabinets, our granite island with barstool seating and state-of-the-art kitchen amenities. On the far end of the kitchen, you'll see our four-top dining table, ready-to-play piano, lounge chair and collection of games. To the right of the kitchen, enter into our living room. This space has an overstuffed sectional, two lounge chairs, a 48-inch Samsung Smart Frame TV with Sonos sound bar and tons of natural light from the windows. 

After a long day of exploring Downtown Bentonville, take your pick from any of our 4 private bedrooms each with black out curtains and luxury bedding. Choose from (1) Our Master bedroom complete with a King bed, HUGE closet, dresser, blackout curtains, 48-inch Smart TV and en suite bath with heated floors. (2) Our first Queen bedroom is complete with a closet, dresser, blackout curtains and shared bath. (3) Our second Queen bedroom is complete with a closet, dresser, blackout curtains and shared bath. Downstairs, (4) our third Queen bedroom is complete with a closet, dresser, blackout curtains and shared bath.

Just outside, off the living room, you'll find a furnished back patio with a dining area, a fenced-in yard as well as a fire pit area, which is complete with 5 adirondack chairs. This is one of our favorite spots to unwind after a long day out and about.

When you're not at the house, head a few minutes down the road to bike, shop, eat and explore! Bentonville is happy to have you.

Guest Access:
Guest Access & Amenities:
Guests will have access to the entire pictured house, all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days' worth and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay.

House Rules Strictly Enforced:
Parties that result in disturbances, property damage, or smoking indoors will incur a fine of $1000.
Pets discovered at the property without prior notice will incur a fine of $400. There is a 3-pet maximum.
Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour.
