(Pool will be open April 26 - October 1st, 2025) With your own private beach on the majestic Hudson River, this waterfront haven is the perfect get-away for family & friends.
This sweeping and spacious modern retreat with 180-degree views of the Hudson River is your personal oasis in the country. With a grand living area, featuring a floor to ceiling stone wood burning fireplace; a brand new kitchen with a large island and an open dining area; as well as three stylishly appointed bedrooms, a 51’ long in-ground salt water heated pool with outdoor shower, a hot tub, a treehouse,; a separate adjacent Studio complete with a game room, pool/ping-pong table & TV.
Space
This home is light and bright with an exceptional eye for design. It’s perfect for a group getaway with family and friends in any season. With a hot tub and firepit perfect for the fall and winter and a 51’ in-ground salt water heated pool with outdoor shower for summer celebrations, this house is modern yet cozy; and it’s bringing all of the vibes!
The views throughout the day are remarkable : from wild turkeys, bald eagles, fox, hedgehogs, rabbits, to cargo ships, freight trains, and the Amtrak train across the river. And the sunsets are spectacular.

STUDIO: 2 inflatable beds, 1 bathroom

-This home does not allow pets, sorry!
- Routinely scheduled maintenance by home care professionals may happen during your stay. This also includes lawn care, garbage pick up, hot tub service, pool cleanings, and tick (organic) spraying..
- Parking shall be allowed solely in the designated parking spaces
- Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the premises.
- Children must be supervised by an adult in the pool, spa, and on the beach.
- Hard-soled close-toed shoes must be worn on the beach as there are Water Chestnuts ….and you definitely do not want to step on these!
- Weapons are strictly prohibited
- Please adhere to safety instructions for fireplaces, firepits, etc.
- We do not allow parties or extra guests outside the maximum occupancy allowed on the reservation. We also ask you to follow the good neighbor guidelines and abide by quiet hours after 9 pm.
- Please do not trespass on property boundaries
- Tents, yurts, and other camping equipment are prohibited
- Use of paddle boards, ISUPS, Kayaks, & Canoes, by permission only, Extra charges may apply. Please inquire.

Gated Hudson River access and 400 feet of river frontage. Enjoy kayaking, paddle boarding, tubing or fishing in the river!
The estate has gracious expansive lawns, landscaping with lush trees, flowering gardens and shrubs, all providing an oasis of privacy and natural beauty. The main home is perched on a hill featuring panoramic views of the Hudson River from every room. Each bedroom has its own outside deck space to savor the outdoors.
Upon entering you are greeted by an easy flowing open floor plan with 12 foot high ceilings and glistening white ash hardwood floors running throughout. Floor to ceiling stone fireplace sits center stage. Sliding glass doors open to a large deck bringing the outdoors inside and offers an abundance of natural light.
The deck has a hot tub, and spectacular views to enjoy day or night. The deck has steps leading down to the front lawn and a lovely stroll to the waterfront below. The kitchen offers ample cabinets, counter space, and an island great for entertaining. It is fully equipped with all you need to create delicious meals for any occasion. The kitchen has access to an outside deck leading to the fully gated salt water pool just steps away.
The pool is heated (though the temperature is usually warm from the solar covers) and has underwater lighting for those late night swims! An outside shower and changing area is available for convenience. A hot tub built into the main deck seats four adults comfortably.
Up a short flight of stairs from the great room is the main bedroom suite with a vaulted ceiling which offers spectacular river views due to its slight elevation. Wake up and step out onto the Juliet balcony to take it all in! The suite also includes a gas fireplace, walk in closet, en suite full bath.
On the lowest level there are two additional bedrooms each with a private deck, one full bath with a Jacuzzi jetted tub and laundry room with full-capacity Washer Dryer.
