Step inside and you’ll be welcomed by a bright, open concept living space filled with coastal décor, comfortable seating, and a flat-screen TV for relaxing after a day in the sun. The updated kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and all the essentials for preparing home-cooked meals. A dining table for six sits nearby, offering a great place for casual meals or game nights with the family.

In accordance with City of Holmes Beach zoning regulations, all reservations for this property must follow a Saturday-to-Saturday booking schedule with a seven-night minimum stay.

*Please note: 2 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.
