If you need to get a bit of remote work done during your stay, the high-speed WiFi will assist with attending Zoom calls or checking on emails. When everyone works up an appetite, the culinary-inclined guests will love hopping into the full kitchen to whip up tasty meals on all of the major appliances needed. The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great time!

Plenty of parking outside but no garage spot. Beach chair access good but get there by 730 when they’re setting up or you won’t get front row due to all the reservations. Ice maker was great, ac worked well, beach view from balcony is awesome. Hot tub wasn’t working the first few nights we stayed.

Nice vacation

Condo is nice and clean. The two chairs and umbrella on the beach that come with room is very nice! The washer in this condo is little loud for us to use much. So that was disappointing for us. We like to wash our beach towels and swim suits every day after being at the beach. Over all this is a nice condo and nice building to stay in.

Great experience overall

Well located beachfront property with ample parking space available. The only issue(s) we ran into related to the main bedroom's proximity to the elevator bank, as the sound was noticeable while trying to sleep. Additionally, the closet in the main bedroom couldn't open fully due to the tight quarters. No other issues as everything in the condo was functional. It was also nice having the borrow bin (beach toys etc) outside for individuals to use at the beach. And I appreciated the games that were in the condo...there were a number of them with missing items though which was unfortunate. All that said, the overall experience was very positive.

Nice beach condo

We have stayed in several units at Pelican Isle and this was one of the best. It was nicely furnished and well appointed. Our only complaint was that the oven did not work and we were not given any prior notice.

Hands down great!

This condo was absolutely perfect for our family of 4! And the views were amazing!!! Access to everything by car! Will definitely be rebooking this condo again for our annual vacation for next year!!

Spot On

The location of this condo was perfection! The view overlooks the pool entrance, but just beyond the dunes the ocean view is spectacular. The balcony is simple, but was roomy enough for our group of 4. The wide open ocean view offered during morning coffee was wonderful and we enjoyed it to also watch the rain showers that we recieved several times. The ammenities inside were great. We used the washer and dryer many times which was a bit noisy and slow, but got the job done. Spacious bathrooms were a plus for our group of 4 ladies!! The rooms location near the elevator (which needs work) was still quiet, very clean, and comfy and just down the walkway to the stairs that leads straight to the pier was the cherry on top!!

Short stay; so much fun!

We didn’t stay long but the condo had everything we needed except scissors. It was a comfortable condo. Lots of games to play, beautiful views, and very clean. It was also very quiet.

Great value and view

We had a great stay. Beautiful ocean view, quiet, clean. Pool and beach chairs and umbrellas available at no additional cost. We will be back for sure. The app was great and in constant communication. Even, early check in was not a problem.

Nice unit, Nice overall property

The unit was clean, great temperature, supplied well and decorated cute and beachy. 100% will stay again. And a quick word about the overall property location, Every morning a man diligently cleaned the pool, pool deck and hot tub. I later seen him cleaning the elevator area. He was polite as well. Also, every elevator had a quality hospital grade hand sanitizer that ALL of them worked and were stocked. These are seemingly normal, but it's something I've observed larger, more expensive resorts and condos botching terribly. My wife and i appreciate the man that was cleaning lobby elevators between 10 and 2 on 04/13/2024. Thx

Great location for small family!

This was our first stay at this location, and we loved it! Initially, we planned to have our family of 4 and ended up adding 2 other adults. The two full bathrooms were key to making this work! The kids loved the bunk beds, but full sized adults could have also used them easily. The only complaint I have is the lint trap on the dryer was broken, and it was difficult to get the dryer going on multiple occasions. Other than that, the unit had everything we needed, and the view was fantastic!

The condo was very clean and had many amenities! Everything was in proper working conditions. There were plenty of games and movies available, the beds were comfortable. Each bunk bed, main bed, and living room had their own tv with roku/cable access. It was stocked with plenty of linens and a great assortment of kitchen items. The pool and hot tub were in great working condition and clean. The beach was easy to access along with with 2 chairs and umbrella included with the stay of your room. They are already set up on the beach. Would defiantly stay here again!

Getaway with kids

This place was great! The location was in a good spot, not too crowded like other places can be. The condo was just as pictured and the check in/out process was easy. My kids LOVED the fact that each bunk bed had a tv. We would definitely love to stay here again!

Gorgeous and relaxing

Condo was clean, had everything we needed to cook meals, the views were breathtakingly gorgeous, friendly welcome, and did not have any issues. Perfect place to stay. Well stocked with the essentials and plenty of towels. We didn’t want to leave. We will definitely book 209 again.
