Direct Beachfront 1 Bedroom/2 Full Bathroom Condo! Pelican Isle! Sleeps 6! Perfectly located on Beautiful Okaloosa Island! This beautiful 820 sq. ft. 1 Bedroom/2 Full Bathroom upgraded and 4th floor condo features a great location and comfort! Enjoy this perfect location just steps to the pool & beach and fantastic view from the private balcony! Included in your rental is Beach Service - 2 Chairs & 1 Umbrella- March 1-October 31st. No packing and lugging chairs to and from the beach.

The bedroom features a King bed and has an attached private full bathroom (Shower/Tub). There is a cozy bunk bed alcove (sleeps 2) in the hallway and a queen sleeper sofa (sleeps 2) in the living area. The 2nd full bathroom has a Walk In Shower. There is a wonderfully upgraded & equipped kitchen with all new stainless appliances for preparing any meal! Filtered water and ice maker in Refrigerator. 5 Star Linens and towels are provided. 6 Beach Towels provided. Washer & Dryer in the Unit.

Pelican Isle Resort is a clean, quiet, and well-kept condo complex that is centrally located on beautiful Okaloosa Island in Fort Walton Beach. Just minutes from Destin (approximately 7 miles), and a short 15-20 minutes from the great Fort Walton Airport (VPS) where Allegiant, Delta, Southwest, American, & United Airlines all fly daily!

We are proud to have excellent restaurants, fabulous shopping, fantastic golf courses, the Gulfarium Marine Adventure Park and unmatched fishing at the "World's Luckiest Fishing Village" …. all are just minutes away! Flawless stay

We had a great time at the property. All staff were friendly, easy check-in process. Beach was amazing and kids really enjoyed the easy access to the pool and gulf. Quiet area and we will be coming back!

Everything was great

We stayed in Fort Walton for 11 wonderful days. It has the best beach for beach walkers. There are many good resturants nearby. We plan to come back.

Perfect weekend

We came in for memorial weekend and had a wonderful time! It’s just close enough to restaurants and a Publix for groceries. The chairs and umbrella that came included made sitting on the beach perfect! The view was beautiful from the balcony to watch the sun set and rise!

Clean & Comfortable

We stayed 10 days. If the bed is important to you, this has it! Starter supplies like TP and PT were nice. Be sure to plan a groc trip or delivery after day 1 though. Beach towels are a nice touch. Property staff were very kind and helpful if we needed anything. Beach service was such a plus! Great stay! If you're on the fence on whether to choose this unit, dont hesitate.

Really nice place

Very convenient to everything. Loved being right on the beach. Looked just like pictures. Outdoor furniture did need updating as it was weathered but everything else was great.

Beautiful Condo

This unit had everything we needed for a great beach vacation. We love staying on Okaloosa Island! The only thing I would suggest would be to add a few tables with umbrellas to the pool area for some shade.

Perfect Condo!

I absolutely loved staying at Manta Ray 413! First, it was so clean! Thank you! The view was amazing and we loved sitting on the balcony. All of the beds were comfortable and the linens were nice and soft. The condo was well equipped and we had everything we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms. I will 100% stay here again!

Very Pleased!

I have never stayed at this location when visiting the beach. This was a calm weekend with 2 of my dear friends. This condo/beach was so chill and less crowded than others that I have stayed in the past. We really enjoyed ourselves. We also Loved the idea of the donated pool float pile.

I don't want to go home

We have stayed at many of the condos in this building over the years. We chose this unit this year because we wanted understated "beach" design. Everything about this unit is modern, up to date, functional, solid and ready to move in. The furnishings are top notch and the owners have carefully thought out (luck? planned? idk?) everything. Hat rack: check. Super excellent washer/dryer: check. King size bed: check Bath storage: check. Clothes storage: check. And more. We love the tile floor because it is easy to clean: this is the beach and sand gets everywhere. Check in is easy: in fact the owners are readily available by phone and easy to deal with. Honestly, I don't really like mentioning all the great things because I don't want to fight with you for our next reservation. You can read more about the overall property outside this unit elsewhere. Pelican Isle. We like staying here and really love this place in particular. We will return.

Pelican Isle Condo 413

This was our second time to stay at Pelican Isle both condos owned by the same family. Both condos 108 and 413 are new and fresh with amazing views of the Gulf. 413 pictures need to be updated as they have two new couches, dining room table and patio chairs. The unit was very clean and we love the décor. We sat on the beach everyday with the provided beach service. The owners thought of everything, they even had a little cooler for us to carry down a few beverages while on the beach. Our kids are grown now and very seldom travel with us. If you have younger kids that still travel with you they would love the built-in bunkbeds. We will be back for future vacations!

Native to Colorado, We were looking for a bit of beach to call our own. We were first introduced to Pelican Isle in 2021 when friends invited us to stay with them and check out their beach front condo. Our boys at the time were 10 and 12 and our daughter 4. Not sure what we had in store, we quickly learned that Okaloosa Island is a FANTASTIC place to take our children. We could enjoy the quiet of the beach with out spending a fortune. The proximity of Pelican Isle to Destin and the Panhandle is one of many reasons we chose to make Pelican Isle our second home.
