Villa Tiffany ~ One of the best views on St. John!

*Please Note* The hot tub is no longer at the villa as of July 2022. Villa Tiffany is also undergoing a large renovation project starting July 2022. We will release the calendar once we have a date of completion but we do not feel comfortable taking bookings until then. Please let us know if you would like to be added to a list of guests interested in booking Villa Tiffany once the calendar has been released.

Each bedroom is equipped with AC units so you can stay cool at night. Tinted sliding glass doors allow you to take in the constant trade winds. Two of the three bathrooms have your choice of either an indoor or an outdoor shower. The large kitchen with an island bar and seating as well as the large dining room table are great for entertaining. This property is perfect for families or couples. The lush landscape offers multiple fruiting trees for you to pick from ~ feel free to enjoy! With its central location, you are only 10 minutes from Salt Pond and the Ram's Head Hike or 15 minutes the other direction to reach North Shore or East End.

A vehicle with 4WD is required for Villa Tiffany. The villa is located at the top of a steep and partially unpaved road ~ part of the island adventure!

Enjoy the local art work throughout the property, including the paintings and prints of the owner. The owners have poured love and attention into every detail of Villa Tiffany for your enjoyment.

Life can be slowly savored at Villa Tiffany ~ morning coffee on the decks, a rum and tonic by the pool in the tropical sun or a canopy of a million stars at night. The sights and sounds of nature, the boats gently moving along Drakes Channel, truly a special place on the island of St. John. 180 degree views from Coral Bay to all the British Virgin Islands will mesmerize you.

Power is provided to St. John via an underground cable from St. Thomas. Our power supply is not always reliable and power outages are not uncommon. They are typically short lived, but can last for a few hours. These outages can happen with or without warning from the island’s power company, known as WAPA. We will do our best to keep you comfortable and informed. Antares strives to make your villa stay as comfortable and trouble free as possible. Please understand that power outages are out of our control. Please note, water will not work during an outage. There are no refunds for power loss.
