The Mariner House - Channel Home with 6 Bedrooms!

Summary:
Spacious six bedrooms and 4 full baths and inviting on the Channel in Cherry Grove. The Mariner House offers a wonderful spacious interior for your family and great outdoor area to relax and go fishing! When you are on the screened back porch overlooking the water, you will get the best of Cherry Grove's nature and sunsets. Easy for guests to put in a Kayak or catch minnows for fishing. Guests can put a boat in at 53rd Ave and dock the boat or paddle boat at the house. Picnic table seating area (no grill). Must be 25 years of age or older to rent this property and you must stay for the duration of the reservation.

The Space:
The main bedroom has one king bed with a private bathroom and walk in closet. Bedroom 2 has 2 queen beds with a Jack and Jill bathroom joining the third bedroom with one Queen. The additional bedrooms are upstairs- bedroom four with one Queen and full bath. Bedroom six is more private with one Queen bed. Walk in showers. Fully equipped kitchen with a flat top range, dishwasher and microwave. Plenty of seating at the breakfast bar and dining table. WiFi service available with streaming service on Smart TV's.

Maximum two (2) automobiles per property. Permits will be issued if required. No more than 2 permits will be issued. No motorcycles. All vehicles in violation will be towed by the City the of North Myrtle Beach at the vehicle owner's expense.

Guest Access:
Guests will pick up and return key(s) to the rental office.

The Neighborhood:
The north end of Ocean Blvd in North Myrtle Beach is a great area for family and fun. Nearby restaurants recommended are The Shake, Basils Pizza, Roca Roja Cantina and many more.

Getting Around:
Vehicles continue to be the primary form of transportation in Myrtle Beach, but a guest could use Uber-Lyft or Taxi.

The renter agrees to Hold Eagle Beach Rentals' employees and unit owners harmless for any accident, damage, or lost/stolen items that may occur during renter occupancy. The renter further agrees to comply with the resort's conditions, regulation and rules. Must be 25 years of age or older to rent this property and you must stay for the duration of the reservation.
This is a non-smoking property and all guest rooms are non-smoking. Smoking in the rooms will result in a cleaning fee of $250.00 USD
