Welcome to Galvestonian 1002 – Beachfront Getaway, a luxury beachfront condo in the heart of Galveston, Texas. With its prime in-town location and breathtaking views of the Gulf, this two-bedroom, two-bath retreat is the perfect setting for a memorable coastal escape.

Step out onto your private balcony and take in the panoramic ocean and beach views, or head straight to the shoreline for sandy toes and surfside fun. The condo also provides direct access to the community pool for a refreshing swim, plus an outdoor shower and grill area for easy beachside living. Please bring your own pool towels.

Inside, you’ll find all the comforts of home. The open living space includes cable/satellite TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals. The primary bedroom features a king bed, the second bedroom offers two twin beds, and the living room includes a sofa sleeper—accommodating up to six guests. Fresh linens, cookware, and safety essentials are provided for your convenience.

Guests also enjoy access to a range of resort-style amenities, including a community pool and hot tub for leisurely dips, elevators for easy access, gas and charcoal grills for outdoor cooking, shuffleboard, a fitness room, racquetball and tennis courts, and inviting picnic areas—ensuring there's something for everyone to enjoy. Family reunion

Great unit with great view

We had a small glitch during checkin and called the property manager’s help desk. The agent was friendly and helpful. The issue was quickly resolved and we were given a later checkout time at no charge for the inconvenience. The front desk staff was super friendly throughout our stay. The unit was immaculate and just as pictured in the listing. The ocean view was great and all appliances and electronics were modern and worked without problems. We recommend this rental without reservations.

Nice well-equipped unit

Had a really nice stay at this unit 1002. It is over the grass and palm tree area not the pool which is good. Fabulous ocean views. Always enjoy staying the The Galvestonian. Friendly staff and well maintained! Eat at Katie’s Seafood place. Outstanding seafood and the Chef’s special is always great. Also, great property management. Kept us informed.

Great location, mediocre condo

The location of the condo was great, away from crowds and great beach access. Unfortunately, the condo and property had no washer/dryers for guest (which was indicated in original listing) and the reason we chose this property. We also found out when we arrived that the property did not provide any pool/beach towels (which we would have brought ourselves if we had known). Condo unit was a bit dated. A toilet seat was broken off and the hair dryer was broken in the 2nd bedroom. The location, privacy and beach access is excellent and the Galvestonian staff were great, but the condo unit itself could use some improvements. We would definitely consider staying at the Galvestonian in the future, but prefer a more undated condo w/ a washer and dryer.

Beautiful and quiet location

Lovely 2br condo right on the water on the quiet part of the island. Beautiful sunrise each morning and a walk on the beach was a great way to start each day! Check-in process was a breeze and the property mgmnt folks (Ryson) were great when we asked about a later check-out due to our departure flight being delayed. The only nit is the lack of convenience amenities like bathroom soap (small bars), shampoo (none), etc. However, would certainly stay there again! Thanks!

Fantastic family getaway

This place was so lovely! Had everything we could want, from comfortable beds, to a nicely stocked kitchen (we cooked some meals in the condo) Of course, the view was amazing, and for some reason, we got lucky enough to have the blue/green water that you rarely see in Galveston! The only thing I would recommend is getting a rectangular table that will actually seat more than 4 people. Especially since our group was 5.

Everything was great!

Our room was great! There was a great view and the room was spacious and perfect for a family of 4! Everything was very cleaned when we arrived. The Galvestonian was a great establishment, the pool and hot tub were very nice. All of the employees were very professional. The private beach area was perfect and very quiet. We loved everything about our stay!!

A Great Stay At The Galvestonian

My family makes the pilgrimage to Galveston Island every year and we always stay at the Galvestonian. This year we stayed in room 1002 offered by Ryson Vacation Rentals and we could not have had a better time. First off, I requested an early checkin time and they personally texted me when the room was ready. Also, on our departure, we accidentally left one of our phones and they texted us about finding such phone and we were able to go back and get it. What a great group to rent from and work with. My hat is off to the company Ryson Vacation Rentals.

Beautiful, but…

The mattress in the master bedroom was the most uncomfortable mattress I have ever slept on. I ended up sleeping on the twin mattress in the spare bedroom with my 5 year old. My husband ended up sleeping on the mattress and left with sore legs,neck, and hips!

Cousin's Getaway

After having to postpone a cousin's getaway 3 years ago, we were able to experience a recharge, a reconnection and enjoy the sand, sounds of East Beach. It was quiet and peaceful 3 day stay. The condo was a perfect place and gave us breathtaking views of the Gulf and place to unwind.
