The Mansion, Villa Heights Apartment is a Hamptons inspired 2 bedroom, 1 bath multi-family unit completely renovated in 2020, just minutes from NoDa. The home includes wood floors throughout, new custom cabinets, appliances, & more. Furnished by West Elm™, the Master has a queen bed with spacious hall bath. The guest bedroom features a queen bed as well. Bringing a furry friend, our private dog park is perfect for them to run around in while you sit outside on our back patio.

Came to Charlotte to attend the Savannah Banana game. Property was nice and clean. It was perfect for our needs on this trip.

Ideal Location

Loved our stay at this cute condo. Great location and pet friendly. The floor is a little creaky but other than that all was perfect. Nice, clean, and has all you need.

This is a condo/apartment unit, right in Noda in a good location.Kitchen was great, bathroom was nice, water pressure and heat were good. That is about the extent of the good things about this property.Unit had 2 missing fire alarms, wires hanging from the ceiling. We had 1 working alarm. Very surprised the fire alarms were not caught by whoever does the cleaning/maintenance, makes the whole unit seem very trashy and low quality.Furniture was obviously Wayfair "sort by lowest price" junk. Couch was very uncomfortable, chairs barely a step above office chairs. Part of the benefit for us in a vrbo is relaxing in a home-like setting, the uncomfortable furniture made this very hard.TV in bedroom would not power down with the remote even though 'on' and all other functions worked. We had to unplug it at the end of every night.The bed is on slats and is incredibly creaky/loud. Not just squeaks here and there, but very loud groans that echoed throughout the entire unit. Me or my wife rolling over meant we both woke up, we are normal weight/size people, not large by any means.Walls are paper thin, we could hear our neighbors tv and knew what they were watching, we could hear their conversations clearly. They were not being purposefully loud.Overall I think a new set of furniture, new bed, and actual working smoke alarms would make the unit a 4/5 star.

Frustrated

We spoke to the representative for you company and they told us they would accommodate us to check in early so we had a place to put out things. We were so pleased but when I tried to open the door we could hear it click but we couldn’t get in. After numerous tries by family members we were able to open it. Apparently it was miss aligned. The only thing we did was sleep there however the refrigerator was so loud we had to unplug it in the middle of the night so we could sleep. The location was just a few blocks from my daughters home which was great but won’t use it again. Oh, also the mailbox was full of junk mail, there was a birds nest over the light fixture and the front porch needed to be cleaned

Guardhouse protects your privacy and cannot listen to your conversations, but it is a device that can measure noise levels & smoke levels inside the homes.

For privacy reasons, GUARDHOUSE does not store any sound data or transmit sound data to servers of any kind. This system alerts Mansion team members to potential issues that may cause neighbor complaints or lead to additional costs for our guests. The system can also trigger our in-person security personnel to check on the home in case of any disturbances. To learn more, feel free to message us.
