Just minutes from the Garden City Pier, this one-bedroom, two-bath oceanfront condo offers the perfect mix of convenience, comfort, and coastal charm.

Kicking back at the beach ⛱️

Condo was very nice, out the back by the pool and you're on the beach. Lynne with Rising Tide Properties was wonderful to deal with. Had a very nice visit and we'll be back.

Beautiful view, clean and comfortable

We enjoyed our long weekend in the condo. There is so much to do in the area. This was basically a reconnaissance trip to check out the area and it didn't disappoint. This is a great little place to stay. Having to check-in at a different location was inconvenient but overall it was a clean and comfortable place to get away as a couple.

Happy place

The communication was impeccable! The condo was wonderful, fully equipped, didn’t want for anything and the view was amazing!! So clean, comfortable and to be honest, for myself, perfect! It’s exactly what I was wanting for our stay!! I have been back since this stay and will return very soon! This was my first Vrbo stay and I’m sooo glad I took the plunge!

After Christmas getaway

My wife and I took a last minute trip to Garden City. The place was as expected A little disappointed that the pool and hot tub were under construction as a result of Hurricane Ian. The view from the balcony on the 8th floor was wonderful. We ended up extending our stay by a day and the Rising Tides folks were great in making it work. The condo was well supplied.

Very satisfied!

Loved the condo and the ease of getting to the beach! The sand is literally at your toe tips!! Loved loved loved having a washer and dryer!! Only complaint at all is the tv in the living room is too small!

Fun family vacation

We enjoyed staying here! Very clean, loved that the kitchen was fully stocked with anything we needed to prep or cook a meal. Having a washing machine and dryer was also great. The view was fabulous and the resort itself was nice. We loved being able to go from the ocean to the pool and still being near the waves and beach. Only downside was the mattresses were not the most comfortable for us, but we don’t typically sleep on firm ones so it really could just be us. Despite that, I would definitely stay here again and we hope to do so in the future!

Very nice condo!

My husband and I had a very enjoyable stay! The bed was super comfortable, and the condo was stocked with plenty of extra pillows and blankets, should you need them. The bedroom was small, and it was tough getting around the bed without stubbing your toe, but getting a good nights sleep was worth it! The showers were great! Updated with nice tile. We only used one, but it's super nice having two showers in a one bedroom unit. We loved the rockers on the balcony and enjoyed fireworks on the beach every night. Blaise was wonderful at communicating with me and was very quick to respond whenever I had a question. He couldn't have been better, and he's a character, so he's fun to talk to! Thank you, Blaise, for sharing your home with us!

Perfectly located.

From the time we arrived i can honestly say everything was as described. Beautiful condo. Clean and up to date. Located less than half mile from the pier. Definitely would recommend renting this condo to anyone. And i will be back..

We had a wonderful stay

The property was very nice and clean. You can walk in, put your bags down, and go to the beach. Everything our family needed was provided in the condo. Plenary of kitchen ware and kitchen supplies. We loved the ease of check in, and our property manager was very easy to communicate with. He did a great job providing all the information we needed. We loved the atmosphere as well. There is a bar, gift shop, and a place to eat. We will definitely be back!

A great time at the Water's Edge

This is a great vacation spot. The owners provided me with a lot of good information. They were very responsive. I would highly recommend this rental. I hope to return for another visit. The view is perfect. The unit has everything you would need. The amenities are great. I love the location. Garden City allows guests to have the best of the Ocean and the marsh. The pier and shops are a short walk from the condo. The beach was never too crowded. The owners are very nice people!

Great location, clean condo, well equipped

I rented for a month and loved it! The condo was clean, kitchen is well equipped and since i was there for so long, having the full size laundry in the unit was very convenient. My daughter came to visit so having the second full bath worked out perfectly. I highly recommend staying at 806 Water's Edge!

Amazing views for our month-long getaway

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. We stayed for almost the full month of March. It was very quiet and peaceful. There was some external maintenance work done to the building during our visit (it was just that time of year), but it was minimal noise and only on a few days. The oceanfront view cannot be beat. Like, the ocean.is.right.there. The condo is exactly as pictured, very tastefully decorated. We loved the openness of the kitchen and living room. The rental was extremely clean. We checked-in, did a walk through, and didn't feel icked out at all. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to make meals at home. The bedroom was a bit small (or maybe the bed and dresser were really big), and considering we only spent our sleeping hours in there, it was perfectly fine with us. The bed is very firm, but we slept well on it. For as long as we stayed, it was so helpful having a washer and dryer - both worked perfectly. The only caveat is if there are smokers, the smoke would linger on the balcony for quite some time. During the time we stayed at the condo, there were lots of smokers who would light up quite frequently throughout the day. This wasn't a huge deal to us, but if dislike second hand smoke, this may be a concern. The location is great and so very convenient to grocery stores, restaurants, pharmacies, etc. There is a Walmart only five minutes away. We were able to stock up on groceries and last-minute items we had forgotten to pack. There's also a Kroger (with a Starbucks!) just a short-distance away. There are luggage carts available which makes getting settled efficient and easy. We managed to snag a shopping cart one time which helped us bring in our initial grocery haul. There is a three tier parking deck you pull into, and we recommend parking near the elevators (especially when you're checking in/out). The top deck of the parking garage corresponds to "2" in the elevator, and the second level deck is "L". Go to "LL" and head through the indoor pool to access the outdoor swimming pool/hot tub and beach Blaise is a great host. He provided critical updates and reached out via phone/email to check on us. He provides a lot of important information ahead of time which answered a lot of our questions even before we arrived. You'll enjoy the comfort and convenience of this property. Don't pass it up!

Perfect beach condo

The condo is a perfectly located and well appointed beach getaway. Everything was as expected. The views of the sunrise over the Atlantic ocean were wonderful. And the host was very easy to communicate with. Perfect stay!

Owner is very comical but response to anything that I asked was prompt and he took care of any questions promptly. Couldn't ask for a better experience with owner and his immediate action. Would definitely recommend staying in 806 Waters Edge!

Best stay in 12 years

Great condo a wonderful couples retreat to the beach! Everything is great there even the bed was awesome as we both have bad backs, everything is nicely furnished with care we felt that the owner actually cared about us being comfortable in the condo not the usual cheap furniture, plumbing fixtures and appliances thrown in so you’ll rent from the photo then arrive with disappointment! Bathrooms were nice and two on top of it so the queen had her own and I had mine ,great location always stay in Garden City have been for 12 years and counting. Even the TV was great 10 channels of HBO and movies and series on demand at no charge. Condo is also great for rainy days as it has indoor pool and jacuzzi even great when you burn yourself in sun still can enjoy! Rent with confidence the owner actually cares he’s the only person who ever called to make sure all was to our liking ENJOY!!!!!!!
