Our newly renovated first floor condo is just steps to the pool and ocean, with that amazing ocean breeze flowing through the open floor plan! The spacious Master Bedroom has a queen bed to lay your head after a long day in the sun. Leave the sliding glass doors open to fall asleep to the sounds of the ocean or turn on the AC if you prefer. The master bath offers plenty of space for two to get ready with a walk in shower and sliding barn door for privacy. A second bedroom offers three twin beds for additional guests, two windows for fresh air, or AC for your convenience. A second full bath accompanies this bedroom.

The kitchen/living room space has an open floor plan and seamlessly flows from one to the other. The well-equipped kitchen will allow you to enjoy meals at home while enjoying the ocean breeze! The living room has two overstuffed couches for relaxing and a flat screen smart TV with cable. Your private patio area, equipped with table and chairs, leads you out to the beautiful gardens, pool and ocean.

Around the private gated complex of Colony Cove, you will find ample parking, beautiful gardens with native flora, gas grills for your use, and a private pool with a covered tiki hut to enjoy breakfast with a view or join other residents and guests for happy hour! From the pool, you can step right out onto the beach to relax or go for a swim in the beautiful reef protected waters. If you enjoy snorkeling, there is a tire reef just off shore loaded with fish, lobster and stingrays! Views of Buck Island from the beach!

The island of St. Croix offers so much to do and the location of Colony Cove is ideal! You are less than 10 minutes from downtown Christiansted and your hosts are very familiar with the island if you need any assistance deciding how to explore.
