Added perks include a surfboard, beach gear, sand toys, and a private stackable washer/dryer. A private garage adds ease to your centrally located stay.

Walk to public beach access and spend the day splashing in the waves and exploring the coastline. Located in the heart of Rockaway Beach, your retreat is also within walking distance of shops and dining.

Things to Know
This home has two sets of stairs to go up to get to the kitchen and living room.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Comfortable Beach Hideaway
This place was very comfortable, clean and cozy during lengthy rainstorms. There is a nice view of the ocean but it is not totally unobstructed. The beach access is very close but will be tricky for someone with balance issues. Another access, 2 blocks south, is much easier to navigate. Also, one must be able to climb steep stairs to the second floor where the bedrooms are and then another set of stairs to the third floor where the living room and kitchen are. If that is no problem for you, then it is a great place.

Clean, bright condo with great location
We spent the weekend here with another family (4 adults, 5 young children including a baby). It was a great getaway. The kitchen has everything you need for simple meals, and we loved the location with such easy access to the beach. It was clean and bright, and the high ceilings and floorplan make it feel even more spacious. The kids (and grown ups) loved taking a bubble bath in the bathroom with the jacuzzi jets. The beach toys in the garage and the community toy chest were great!

Nice quiet property close to beach
This condo was very close to the beach (ocean views from the balconies) with beach access feet away. Easy instructions for check in and gaining access through the door code. It’s a quiet neighborhood which we appreciated. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Lots of stairs
No air conditioning, sliding doors did not have screens. Master bed uncomfortable and had a mattress topper that did not fit well on bed in an attempt to make the bed more comfortable.

This place was very clean and so close to the beach. The pics and description were very accurate. Working with the property management company couldn't have been smoother. Highly recommend.
