Launch your boat from the community dock only a quarter-mile away and spend fun-filled days exploring the Deschutes River. Mount Bachelor and downtown Bend are within a short drive away, as are the Cascade Lakes. You'll also be near outdoor winter activities such as snowmobiling, and cross-country skiing.

At home, a large wood-lined yard offers a tranquil setting -- complete with a firepit, deck, and grill. Inside, high ceilings and a fireplace create a warm open vibe, while a full kitchen makes it easy to prepare delicious meals for your group. Relax by the electric fireplace in the living area and stream a movie on the smart TV. Two leather sofas provide ample seating. Doubling as a game room, the garage offers a card table for friendly competition. Whip up favorite meals in the modern kitchen, detailed with quartz countertops and a full suite of stainless steel appliances including a Keurig, Kitchen-aid stand mixer, and crockpot. A kitchen island offers plenty of prep space, as well as seats for guests. In the dining area, a convertible table transforms into a ping-pong or pool top -- providing a fun way to spend time together while dinner simmers.

A large deck with a gas grill and alfresco dining sets the scene for family cookouts. After dinner, relax in an Adirondack chair and roast marshmallows around the wood-burning firepit.

Added perks include complimentary Wi-Fi, an outdoor ski swing, a dartboard, a washer/dryer, four adult bikes, and three kids’ bikes. A foam roller and resistance bands are also provided -- perfect for home workouts.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Security camera details: There is a Ring Doorbell at the front door and a camera active in the front of the home. There are active surveillance cameras on the tree house and the shed in the backyard.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
