It is one of the best and most sought after residential areas in Cape Coral. The port at Tarpon Point is a 10-minute walk away. Shops, doctors, pharmacies, etc. are within walking distance. This vacation home is particularly suitable for families with children. The Camelot Park with it´s large playground is quickly accessible. BOATING IN FLORIDA IS ALLOWED WITHOUT A LICENSE !!

Even completely inexperienced boaters will get their money's worth. The proximity to the open water makes boating very easy. Anyone driving the boat will receive a briefing on arrival.
