This condo sleeps five guests in two bedrooms, both with a smart TV.

The first bedroom has a king bed, while the second bedroom holds a queen bed and a twin daybed.

The bathroom is configured with a walk-in shower.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great Villa Near the Ocean
Great location across the street from Marriott Grande Ocean Resort and public beach access. If you own at Grande Ocean and need extra space, this place is great for that. Very clean and recently renovated.

Great stay for a week with the family. Was a good size for my family of 4 (7 and 9 year olds). Pool was also heated. Only complaint would be that the pans need to be updated as they are quite worn and coming apart. I would stay here again as we loved the location and the apartment.

Horrible experience
There was a plethora of issues that arose with this property management and owner. Their communication was ATROCIOUS. My wife and I booked this location for a week. Upon arrival the unit was not cleaned. There was hair and hair rubber bands all over the nightstand and floor, trash in the bathroom and kitchen, the bed linens were not changed (like someone had just gotten out of it) the shower/bathroom was dirty, there was food still left in the fridge, the table was dirty, it was just disgusting. It took hours for them to contact us and a total of 4 hours for them to get the unit cleaned. CLEANERS PUT THE SAME DIRTY LINEN BACK ON THE BED. They just came in to make the bed up with the same dirty linen! I contacted the manager AGAIN and after HOURS, she responded about the issue. We had been there since 4:15pm having to sit in our car… waiting on these people to contact us. Mind you, my wife is 8 months pregnant and got back into the unit at 7:25 only to see it still wasn’t cleaned properly! We ended up going to the store to purchase cleaning supplies and washed the linens/cleaned the home ourselves! Then the following day the WATER STOPPED WORKING! Then the following day after that THE INTERNET STOPPED WORKING. I was constantly calling and texting the manager for the remainder of the week and no answer. We kept calling Vrbo and Vrbo kept calling them to make sure we were compensated with no responses. This experience has by far been the absolute worst.

Cute, Cozy and Clean
This condo was completely remodeled and very clean. I would recommend it to anyone. Only down side is you do have to walk up the stairs.
