Centrally located between Perdido Key beaches and downtown Pensacola, this quiet residential retreat boasts lagoon frontage and a wide array of features for a wonderful year-round getaway. Inside this three-bedroom family-friendly home, you'll find a spacious, single-level layout and updated, modern fixtures and amenities. The chef will love the well-equipped kitchen with a full suite of stainless steel appliances, and the gang will love dining together at the huge breakfast bar that seats six or the adjacent table for four. The adjacent living area is perfect for unwinding in front of the TV after a busy day.

Outside, you'll find an enclosed yard. With extra perks like a gas grill, central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer the only thing left to do is book it.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Loved our stay!

Spacious getaway near the beach

We really enjoyed the rental as it was spacious and had an open layout. It was nice having a private pool for the early risers who wanted to get a swim in. I would book again.

Great for families with little ones

Great location- close to the beach and national seashore. Right around the corner from Big Lagoon State Park which was perfect for our group with small children! The kids were entertained throughout the stay with the arcade games and swimming pool! Plenty of space for groups/families.

Great pet-friendly vacation home with a pool!

The layout was awesome. The pool and game room were terrific additions to our stay. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. The state park was right next door. Conveniently located right next to Orange Beach and close to Pensacola. The only suggestion I have is to add a few Tupperware containers for storing leftovers. We had an awesome vacation!

It was interesting……

When we first got there the pool was nasty with things left in the pool from previous guests, dirty, etc. The trash from the previous guests was still there. They told us trash didn’t get picked up until later in the week. The previous people who stayed had tons of garbage that the cans were full and around 8-10 bags of trash were on the side of the house. It was smelly and nasty. We had to wait for it to be picked up.. and they didn’t even take all the trash out. They only took the trash cans to the road and left all the bags there. I called spoke to someone from Vacasa. They eventually got someone to come and “clean the pool.” It was so full of chemicals and the cleaner left all the toys and rocks in the pool. We didn’t even get to use the pool. It had way too many chemicals. There were several roaches we encountered at night time and had to kill as well. The game room… there was no fooseball and one of the arcades didn’t even work. I also called about this and nothing was done to fix this problem. The couch has been ripped and there is padding behind the middle cushion. It needs to be replaced/updated. It was not what we were expecting at all.

This is the place to be!!!!

Love this place so much. It was the perfect fit for our family. Now on the list to visit again. It did seem like a dive. But it was well worth it since they everything was close. Walmart, Target, gas station, beach, and other shopping and food places.

Grande refresher

The interior of the house was impeccably clean! The furniture was nice. And we liked the layout of the house. The bunk room was perfect for the 3 teenage girls. And the other rooms were very comfortable. We really enjoyed the pool because the beaches were a no-go due to all the seaweed. Location is perfect. So close to everything we wanted to do around town and on Perdido Key.

Great Stay

I stayed her with my children and extended family. We were a group of 12. We only stayed 2 nights and didn't use the pool because of the cold. The stay was wonderful. I took the advice of other reviewers and brought extra tissue, paper paper, and dishwasher liquid. The house was large enough to accommodate us all. It was clean and just as pictured. We plan to book this place again in the future.

Large home and great location

This home was perfect for our large group and definitely probably one of the most cleanest I've stayed at recently! I always bring my own Swiffer to sweep first and then mop before we walk barefoot in the home and I'm always glad I did because the floors are always nasty but I can honestly say this home was a pleasant surprise and I didn't need to mop at all!

Wonderful Family and Pet Friendly Property

This house was perfect for our large family group for spring break. Had just about everything you could need. Check in and out was smooth and easy. Location close to grocery store (Winn Dixie) and close enough to public beaches. For cooking remember to bring your own seasonings-even salt and pepper. There are shakers but they are empty. Outside trash cans were full when we arrived but the next day someone came and put them out for regular trash day (we would have done it if we had known and that wouldn’t have been a problem). Pool guy came and cleaned filters one day while we were there. Hot water runs out quickly but no big deal. The house is nicely kept, had a high chair and pack n play, pool floats, and box fans. The game room was fabulous for our kids. Plenty of space for card and board games. The kitchen was phenomenal for cooking with the giant island. Super pet friendly with a fenced backyard! We will stay again if it’s available for our next trip!

Issues

This place does have a working pool and the backyard is nice space for dogs. It does have thorny seeds that get stuck in paws and shoes. There are also lizards in the backyard as well. Overall the property was clean and that was appreciated. The downside to this property is dealing with the property management company. Once I booked it on Vrbo another company called Vacasa took over. The problems started as soon as I arrived at the property on Sunday afternoon, by Wednesday I no longer wished to deal with them and by Saturday I was happy to be leaving. My privacy or simply getting notice that a stranger would be coming by was an issue. Multiple broken items either not working or working correctly at the property was an issue and did not get resolved by the time I left. Then getting billed extra money in the middle of my stay was just added aggravation. Especially since I could not get a breakdown of what I had already paid for or an accurate breakdown of the extra money I was told I owed.
