TÀmÀ yksikkö on ihanteellinen isoille tai pienille ryhmille ja se sopii erityisesti kahdelle perheelle, koska se on kaksi erillistÀ yksikköÀ, yksi ylÀkerrassa ja yksi alakerrassa. Very Nice Stay

Our family enjoyed a great ski vacation at this home. Plenty of space to be together or spread out. Only a short drive to the park & ride bus shuttles to ski areas.

Great location, perfect for families

We were all very happy with the set up and accommodations. It's a good property, in a great location. The price was fair as it needs some general updating. We were very comfortable and it was well stocked. Hot tub was very clean and heated up quickly.

Family ski condo

This location is great for skiing both canyons. Space is a bit dated, which made it feel not perfectly clean, but it was clean. Slept our family of 11 very comfortably. We would stay again.

Perfect place for our vacation

This condo is in a perfect location: close to fantastic skiing in both Big and Little Cottonwood Canyons, close to many trail heads, lots of great restaurants nearby, and Salt Lake City is easily accessible for shopping and sight-seeing. This condo had everything we needed and then some: a private and very clean hot tub, a large table at which we were able to have all family members for dinner, lots of towels, and abundant places to sleep. It was nice to have the two separate areas (upstairs and downstairs) so our adult kids could have their own refrigerator, and tv. Two of our kids spent some time working remotely during our stay and were able to use the downstairs for taking meetings and calls while the rest of us were upstairs. We really appreciated the ample parking that included two spaces in the garage. We couldn't imagine a better place for our family vacation!

Checked all of the boxes!

We had a great stay in Cottonwood Heights! The condo was perfect for two families (4 adults & 4 teens) - plenty of common space and enough bedrooms that everyone had their privacy. The proximity to all of the ski mountains was ideal & having a hot tub to soak in everyday was an added bonus.

Great stay, epic ski conditions

This was our second stay at this property and we just loved the location near both big and little cottonwood canyons. You have a full view of ski traffic right from the kitchen! Carl was responsive to feedback and requests for the most part. Bedding (pillows and linens) need replacing but aside from that, we had a great week. We would rent again!

great spot, great property

Excellent property, enjoyed the hot tub. Keep in mind this is two separate appartments that are not connected by an interior door, which we didnt realize until we got there. I believe it tells you that in the listing but we missed it. Despite that, it was still great with plenty of room for everyone to congregate in the main area.

Great vacation. Here are the pros and cons. Pros Location, location. Carl- Very accommodating and prompt Pet friendly Fits two groups Fairly priced Cons Outdated w70s vibe 2 separate units w no indoor connection. Description says it fits 12 - confusing. The main kitchen is the size of a matchbox with virtually no counter top space. Pot&pan selection is adequate although old. It needs a Teflon coated pan! The fridge was completely empty so bring EVERYTHING including condiments. The spice selection is OK. There’s a rice maker, toaster & microwave. The old oven pans need replacement. There are no storage containers.The hot tub, TV and fireplaces worked. One teeny tiny bedroom upstairs w bunk beds had no storage whatsoever. The downstairs unit is nice and roomy but we wanted everyone together upstairs for meals and socializing:)

Great location, could use updating

First, the location can not be beat! For our first time visiting in the winter, getting to Snowbird/Alta was better than expected. It should be more clear in the description that the two units are NOT connected. This made it difficult to split between two families as the main unit is bigger than the basement. There wasn't a separate thermostat downstairs and it did get cool (there is a gas fireplace). While there are 12 "beds", that would be a tight squeeze in the given space. 8-9 is more realistic. The teens had a tough time in the noisy bunk beds and we had to shuffle around. The house was fine but could use updating - the dark colors and rugs in the dining, living areas and bathroom make it feel not as clean as it could be. The appliances were similar and the downstairs washer broke while we were there. Carl was very responsive in coming to check on it but after it broke a second time it stayed filled with water. The hot tub was ok but the water was definitely not changed between stays as described in the check in sheet. Most hot tubs probably aren't but it was noticeable. The unit overall was one of the most affordable for its size and given the location I would still recommend it but know that there are some compromises.

Two units, needs some work

First, it needs to be said that this is not one unit, it is two: one downstairs and one upstairs. The issue with this is it does not state this anywhere in the information. We got snow every night (and some days) but one, which meant we had family members coming and going to/from meals on snowy icy stairs. The master bedroom upstairs had a bed which sunk in toward the middle and even when we put a large pillow in the middle, we both still rolled to the center. The bathroom door is a pocket door but it is off the track and was nearly impossible to open and close, which meant no privacy and we had our daughter in the room. Both units are equipped with gas fireplaces that would not work. The owner was quick to send a repairman, but after one use, they would not light again. The kitchen was well equipped and most rooms had either dressers, a closet or both, with hangers. And there is a washer and dryer in both units. Just keep in mind, if you have young children, you would not want them staying downstairs by themselves, and the mattress in the master bedroom needs to be replaced. The gas fireplace would have been nice on the cold evenings but not a must. Also there is a hot tub and it was functional, I did not use it but other family members did.

Good beds and baths for group

Perfect for 4 adult couples. Upstairs plenty of room to gather eat and hang out.. And we had plenty of room for four cars. Clean and warm. Could use some hairdryes and better towels.

Location

Great location for skiing plus a few restaurants and grocery close by. Be sure to leave early for skiing, especially snowbird, because the parking fills up quickly. We left every morning by 7:30. The property was very nice and the hot tub was used daily. It was a little dated but it was nice to have available to use and was very clean.

I remodel homes, and my wife, Annette, is a teacher at Franklin Covey. Our son Gavin is 10 yrs old, and our two daughers, Stella and Lola, love to ski at Snowbird/Alta. We bought this property as a family investment with our relatives so they can come to visit and have a great place to stay that is only 1 mile from our home. Close to the resorts, close to the bus stop, grocery store and freeway. Great views, recently remodeled with 2 kitchens, 2 laundry, and hot tub. Our clients have loved this rental and so will you. What more can we say...this is a great unit!
