Book your dates now for the summer and warmer Temps! Looking for a beautiful cabin on the river??Get the best bang for your buck with this one! This cabin has many fun and entertaining things to do on the property. Or you can spend the day enjoying the community game room, tennis courts and indoor heated pool. You can also enjoy a relaxing bonfire, hot tub, playing cornhole with friends and family, fishing right off the bank of the river, or just relaxing on the front porch watching the deer that walk through. This cabin even includes a Man Cave downstairs where you can play pool, watch a movie. This 4 bedroom, 3 and a half bath cabin is located in the Coosawatee River Resort which has two fishing ponds where you can go and fish at or even just go to relax and watch the ducks and geese. A shared playground for the younger ones including play sets and swings right around the corner. So, if you enjoy nature this cabin is for you! This is definitely a cabin that can be enjoyed year round and is minutes from stores, restaurants, and Ellijay attractions.

Needs some maintenance. Beds are comfortable and cabin has a nice layout. Back deck is rotting and needs to be blown off. Back yard could use some weed wacking and it’s not easy to get down to the river. Outdoor garbage was never picked up and house cleaners could do a better job as there was trash left on side of bed and some other areas. Couldn’t find remotes for two tvs and basement had a moldy couch that needs to be removed.

Family Vacation

We decided to spend spring break here for a small family vacation. We had a good stay, but some of things with the house/property need some TLC. It seems to be an older house that has been rented out a lot. I had to rewash some of the dishes because there was old food stuck on them. The faucet in one of the bathrooms needs to be bolted down. There was trash under the couch in the upstairs living room. There were handprints all over the glass doors. We bought food to grill, and had to go purchase a small grill because the one on the property was in rough shape and looked as if someone had used it as an ash tray. There were several light bulbs out in various places. Other than that, we had a great stay and the beds were comfy. We enjoyed watching the deer and did absolutely nothing on this vacation.

Catfished

I feel we were catfished on this property needs to update photos it was disgusting needs to be cleaned. Dust on fans and fixtures. Trash under furniture in the home. Trash cans over flowing. Needs some TLC. We left a day early because it was overwhelming trying to relax with the filth.

Nice spacious house, great location

My family of 10 adults and two children easily stayed in this house and had plenty of room to get alone time if anyone needed it. The back yard was a big hit with two decks, a large fire pit area, and the the river shoreline immediately behind the house.

Perfect Weekend Cabin

This Cabin is perfect for a crowd. It was great for a weekend getaway but would be great for a week long stay as well. Being on the river in the mountains is absolutely beautiful. Loved the hot tub at night hearing the river rustling. Nice clean cabin with plenty of room.

Quick overnight in Ellijay

Great spot for an overnight men’s retreat in Ellijay coming from Atlanta. The property was very comfortable and a great fit for 4 guys getting to know one another better.

Grinchmas

We rented this place to host an annual Grinch Party for family and friends. It was nice to have the three levels. The house was comfortable and well laid out. Everyone had a blast! The property does need some time spent using someTLC. However everything we needed was there and the owner was very communicative.

Perfect River View

We had a great stay at this house on the Coosawatte River in Ellijay. The home was in great shape and the neighborhood was pleasant. The river view from the back yard was amazing. We would definitely stay here again when we visit again. Lots of things to enjoy throughout the neighborhood.

It was very spacious and very pretty. My friends and I enjoyed it very much. However, the main reason I chose this place was the hot tub and it did not work and they won't give me a discount :(((

Family get together.

The home was absolutely stunning the pictures truly did not do it justice. There was a ton of space and it accommodated our family and friends. The home was very clean upon arrive and decorated for the holidays. The host was very considerate with the things which were included in the home. The outside was definitely my favorite with a shed beautifully decorated near water and a fire pit. I would’ve loved to spend more time here. Will definitely be booking again in the future. 10/10 would recommend !

Perfect river destination

I stayed here for one night (wish it were longer) with a group of 9. We were impressed with the range of amenities; nice back deck, hot tub, firepit, picnic table overlooking the water, rope swing, pool table, darts. The homeowners were extremely flexible, letting us check in hours earlier than the scheduled time so that we could drop off bags before floating the Cartecay. They also let us stay after check out time to accommodate our night-owl tendencies. 5 stars all around!

BEAUTIFUL CABIN!!

We had such a great time staying here! The cabin was absolutely beautiful! The rooms and bathrooms were so nice and clean the kitchen was so easy to use! The man cave and hot tub was so ur favorite part! The hot tub was so nice and clean! There was also a pool table that was lots of fun too! Another cool part of our trip is that the deer will come up to the cabin and they even have corn there for you to feed them! The Walmart and others stores are only about 10 minutes away so if you need anything you are not that far! Jason was an amazing host and answered all of our questions and went above and beyond to make sure our trip was good! I definitely recommend this cabin to anyone!
