232 4th St is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home. There are 2 full size beds and a queen bed. The home features a fully stocked and equipped kitchen, a living room and an outside deck. 232 has access to the outdoor firepit in the backyard.

The View is located just three blocks from the center of Ashland, including the Oregon Shakespeare Festival Theaters, shops, restaurants and art galleries. Minutes from Emigrant Lake, Golfing, and of course wine tasting.
It is one of two separate flats at the 4th Street Inn. It is on a residential street in the historic Railroad District. Guest will be welcome to a spacious 3-bedroom 2 bath with a great view of the Mountains.
The View:
-3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, sleeps up to 6 people

-patio w/BBQ
-in-unit washer and dryer
The View has all the amenities: spacious rooms, hardwood floors, finely appointed furnishings, TV/DVD player, free Wi-Fi, and central air conditioning.
The View has its own private entrance, deck table and chairs for outdoor dining - as well as casual seating on the patio.
Please note there are security cameras installed on the exterior of the property.

Another Great Stay in our Favorite Place

This has become our favorite place to stay in Ashland. We go there often to play at Mt. Ashland and to enjoy the Shakespeare Festival. This beautiful condo has everything we need with amazing views and a great coffee shop right across the street. We don't need to drive to enjoy downtown Ashland, everything is walking distance. It really has become a home away from home for us.

Comfortable stay with great views

Perfect For Our OSF Stay

Great location, and very comfortable stay for our group in town to attend the festival. Got unlucky with 110 degree heat, but unit was delightfully cooled.

perfect little home

The place was lovely, we had two adult couples and a teenager, the kitchen had everything we needed to cook for ourselves, beds were comfortable and the apartment was neat and conveniently located. A great time!

Ashland visit

We were a group of gals getting together for a college reunion. We loved your place and the surrounding area. Your place was as described and very cozy. We would certainly consider it again if we return to Ashland

Perfect Ashland Spot

This townhouse is absolutely perfect! The location was a great surprise. What a beautiful little neighborhood off the main path. We loved the local shops, amazing restaurant, coffee house across the street, and an easy walk to the main part of downtown Ashland! Kelly is a perfect host.

Beautiful condo close to downtown Ashland

We loved our stay at the 4th Street home in Ashland. The unit is on the upper floor. It's spacious, clean, and comfortable. There are stores and a great coffee shop on the block, and the building is a ten-minute walk from the Shakespeare theater. Highly recommend!

Great location!

Perfect for us! We loved the location and the ease of access to downtown, and the theaters. The view from the second floor patio was beautiful. The house was very comfortable, beautifully remodeled and gave us time to relax and spend quality time together. Can’t wait for next year!

Perfect Ashland Getaway

This place was perfect for our Shakespeare trip! We came with another couples from Colorado to attend the Shakespeare festival. This place had enough room for us all, the kitchen was well stocked and we enjoyed preparing and eating several meals at the townhouse. The backyard is lovely, although it was too hot to enjoy, but would like to come back at a different time of year to enjoy it. Great communication with the host and she gave us great dining and wine tasting suggestions.

High Quality

This is a great place to stay. All of the furnishings and kitchen items are of high quality, which was such a pleasant bonus. Beds and bedding was great too. Location was superb. We went to a play at Shakespeare Festival theatre and the Oregon Actors Cabaret and both were great. Highly recommend this place for your next stay in Ashland.

Location location location

My family visits Ashland often to see friends. We have a wheelchair bound child and the ground level unit was perfect. Walking distance to downtown was a bonus. Plus a great bakery around the corner! The unit was clean and worked great to spend time catching up with friends. Can’t wait to go back in the summer!

Clean, Well Equipped & Conveniently Located

As the review title states this property was clean, well equipped with everything that we needed and conveniently located. I travelled with my 12 year old daughter and my elderly parents, and we all felt safe and comfortable during our stay. The property owner was available and polite when I had questions, and check-in and check-out were easy. If I were to travel to Ashland again, I would definitely try to book this place again.

Great Girls' Weekend!!

Cozy, very clean, and nice surrounding neighborhood. Great coffee shop across the street & two doors down which made my mornings! Owners very receptive to questions and quick with responses. We stayed in the 3 bedroom, 2 bath apartment upstairs and would have stayed out on the deck more if the weather would have agreed. The home is very clean and updated. I would come back again!!

Nice apartment in great location

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well-equipped for preparing meals. The deck was wonderful for enjoying the outdoors. The location is in a quiet residential area with a nearby coffee shop and a short walk to the Ashland Food Co-op. Communication with the property manager/owner was easy and they responded promptly with any questions we had. We would stay here again when in the area.

Perfect place to stay in Ashland

This was our second stay here this summer, and the experience was just as lovely this time as last time. The place may look a tad drab in the exterior, but it is very nicely laid out and furnished inside, and it had everything that we wanted and needed, including beautiful upstairs and downstairs decks outside. The location is great--a quiet street with easy walking distance downtown. The VRBO is across from a nice restaurant (Peerless) as well as a great coffee place (Noble House), and also near the Ashland Food Coop. The manager is very responsive.

Great Views, great Vibe

We loved this stay from start to finish-owners were super responsive and happy to answer any questions or make recommendations. Plenty of room for a family to enjoy. Beds were comfortable and it was nice to have 2 bathrooms. Place was well equipped for cooking if you want-what we loved most were the views, the cool neighborhood and ability to walk to coffee houses, book stores, bakeries, food co-op and plenty of restaurants. We would highly recommend this VRBO and hope to get back soon. Super close to Safeway also for last minute food items. The outdoor spaces were amazing too-it was just a little cold too hang out but I can see that would be perfect!

Ashland Hidden Treat

We were there to meet our son, who is hiking the Pacific Coast Trail, and wanted a comfortable place to stay with at least 2 bedrooms and bathrooms. This duplex was perfect for our needs. Walking distance into town through a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. It was clean, comfortable, provided the perfect option to eat in town or BBQ on the deck. We did both. The owners were friendly and accessible. It was a perfect setting to let our son relax from the trail, walk into town to see a play or/and eat in a wide choice of restaurants. We will definitely stay here again when we return Ashland.

Family fun in Ashland

We had a great time while we stayed here. The location has many pros for families: It is close enough to walk to town (although the heat our week made this less desirable), short drive into town to visit shops and Lithia park. Easy access to Safeway for the food needs for tiny humans that continuously pop up. Nice working kitchen. Conveniently located within a short drive to different playgrounds. Great layout to watch TV while kiddos sleep in the back. Only (tiny) cons were the back steps were a bit steep for the grandparents and tiny humans (there are front steps, so this isn't a huge issue) and limited trash capacity for our week long stay for a family of 6.

Lovely, Spacious, and Central

From the outside the Fourth St. Inn doesn’t look that exciting, so we were very pleasantly surprised by the well-appointed and spacious interior rooms, and the lovely deck and balcony outside. The kitchen was fully-equipped; the furnishings were comfortable; the space was great for either hanging out or working. It’s right across the street from Noble House Coffee and right by nice restaurants, on a quiet street. Like all VRBOs in Ashland I’ve stayed in, the shades let in too much light. The bedroom with the best mattress (the one with the skylight windows) is the hardest to darken. We compromised by taking our daytime naps in the master bedroom. Otherwise, perfect.

Welcome to Ashland Vacation Stay. We first came to Ashland in 2014 and fell in love with the area. Our kids went to Southern Oregon University. We now have three vacation rental homes in Ashland Oregon. Our first property is located by Emigrant Lake and it has accomedations for 8 (4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms). Our most recent acquisition is the 4th Street Inn. These are two separate units upstairs (The View) and Downstairs (The Garden) with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
We as owners are constantly upgrading these locations. We hope you enjoy each property, and we are open to suggestions.
