The Basics
• Primary renter must be at least 21 years old.
• *Pets are NOT allowed in our properties.
• Do Not Arrive to property prior to your approved check-in time.
• No smoking, house parties, blocking driveways, damage, excessive noise, or disturbing neighbors.

Check-in Time: 4PM
Check-out Time: 10AM

• We offer early check-in at 2PM for a $50 fee, subject to availability. If you require check-in earlier than 2PM, we recommend booking the previous night to guarantee access.
• In the event that the property is not ready by 2PM due to unforeseen circumstances, the early check-in fee will be refunded.
• You must request early check-in at least 24 hours before arrival.
• We also offer a late check-out of 11AM for a $50 fee, subject to availability.

Good Stay

My family stayed in the cabin for a 3 nights. The cabin and neighborhood are beautiful & clean. The listing was accurate & communication from the property manager was fine.I consider this a high end rental & the price we paid reflected that. We had a couple of issues- we realized at bedtime the bunk bed was not assembled properly, and therefore not safe for my children to sleep in that evening. Thankfully there was a pull out sofa for them to relocate to, however there were no window treatments in the sofa room, leaving my children with no privacy and visible to the public from outside (yikes). The air hockey table was also missing bolts/fasteners, so it was near collapse & not safe to play. I called the onsite maintenance first thing in the morning and he was there immediately to fix both issues- so that was appreciated. Considering the price you pay for property management & housekeeping, these issues should have been discovered by them prior to our check-in. There were a few other minor annoyances here - for example we all had winter coats and rain gear. There is not a single hook or coat closet in the entry way or first floor to hang these items. No door mat to wipe your feet. No lighting in the kitchen except for the ceiling flood lights. The lamps on the nightstand in the room were not plugged in because there was no outlet. Which also means there is no outlet for chargers. These are basics that should thought about when renting a high end property.

Gorgeous house and location!

We had a wonderful stay at Elkridge. Everything was extremely clean and in great brand new condition. Location was gorgeous. There is a lot of construction happening on the road but it was still perfect for walks and had wonderful views. Highly recommend this home!

1st Annual Boaz Ruffian MC retreat

The property was easy to get to and the neighborhood was very quiet. There were plenty of things to do close by and access to maryville for the Smoky Mountain bike rally was very convenient. The hot tub was nice and clean. There was plenty of room for the group to get together and still have prophecy for the couples. One recommendation would be for additional towels for the hot tub.

Family vacation

The property location was great! We enjoyed the view and house was nice. There were a couple of things that the property can be improved on. The bed's slept terrible! Mattress was not good! All the beds were so hard it was not good. The living room needs lamps, so you don't have to turn on the bright lights. We had to leave early because no one could rest well. Just made the trip very tiring! Hardly any TV channels! Please get some new mattresses!!

Great Location to Be close but not Feel close

The street is beautiful. The house is on the left of the street and the mountain view is on the right so there are houses in your view of the mountains but it is still a stunning view. The cabin set up worked well for us. We had 6 adults, a 2 yr old, and a 6 yr old. Each family had their own floor w/bathroom. The only downside was the pull out downstairs is very squeaky and there are no blinds or curtains on the sliding door so you are a little exposed. The table only sits 6 so if you are planning meals in the cabin keep that in mind. Overall, I would def stay here again. The location was just far enough out of the hustle and bustle but close enough to essentials. We even saw turkeys and a bear in the yard!

This was a beautiful piece of property. Very close to pigeon forge. The layout was perfect with a bedroom on each level. Would definitely look at this property again for future stays.

Great place

A wonderful home close to all the attractions but not too close! Property manager was fabulous. Wi-Fi is satellite internet so not great for streaming so would recommend being able to use your phone as a hot spot if you are trying to work remotely or stream more than one device.

The Best Cabin We’ve Ever Stayed In

We’ve rented a lot of cabins over the years but this one was the best. I know it’s new, but honestly, it was more than the newness that made it so great. I believe they thought of everything when they built, furnished, and stocked the cabin. The little touches, helpful items, and space was perfectly thought out. We had the best time and loved the views. There was more than enough space, especially for kids. We loved how close it was to all the locations we visited. We are keeping the listing and will definitely be back! This was our best vacation. So many memories were made!

Ripken Baseball Experience Housing

The place was awesome! Super Clean and new construction. Our Kids loved the Hot Tub and air hockey table. We played 3 days of baseball at the Ripken Experience and the house was just a 15-20 minute drive from the fields (depending on traffic) Would highly recommend for anyone wanting to stay away from the main strip, stay in a nice house/cabin and have great scenery!

Perfect family get away

We loved our stay at the Elkridge cabin! The views off the decks were the perfect backdrop to eat our meals. The location was perfect- far from the congestion of town, but close enough to get to both Dollywood and The Smoky Mountain National Park in less than 30 min. The cabin was new and beautifully furnished. The wood interior was tasteful and comfortable. If internet and cable are a priority, be aware that both were glitchy and didn’t really work for us during our stay. We were there during bad weather and that could have contributed to the problem. We came to escape real life so neither of those issues were deal breakers for us.
