This beautiful two-bedroom apartment has capacity for 4 guests, is spread over 114 sqm and is located on the 16th floor of Goldcrest Views 1 Tower in JLT. The interior is elegantly furnished.
The living room features a large leathered sofa set, a coffee table, a smart TV with Netflix, a rug, as well as paintings and side tables. The room boasts amazing panoramic windows overlooking the city view and Dubai skyline.
From within, you can access a small balcony with a table and two chairs for you to enjoy your morning coffee with a wide view of the city from above.
Next to the living room is a dining room with a large table and six chairs, as well as multiple wall arts and decor.
The kitchen at the apartment is simply amazing! It boasts beautiful wooden cabinets and grey countertops. It includes equipment such as cooking basics, dishes and silverware, dishwasher, hot water kettle, oven, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, microwave, and coffee maker.
The first bedroom features a queen-size bed dressed with fresh white linens and bedcovers with colorful cushions, nightstands with lamps, a large wardrobe with a mirror, as well as wall decor and paintings.

Several bus stops are within walking distance of the building. These include Damas, Tiffany Tower and Red Diamond bus stop. An exclusive bus service has been made operational by DMCC solely for the residents of Jumeirah Lake Towers. The service currently has two buses; JLT 1 and JLT 2, each following a separate route.

Residents who rely on the Dubai Metro for their daily commute can use the Sobha Realty Metro Station. This Red Line station is around 5 minutes away from the building.
