Custom/cozy- beach house, walking distance to beach and everything you need.

If you love the beach and need a place to stay. Check out our custom-built beach house, it’s named for our sister “happy daizies”. At our house you’ll have plenty of place outside to sit around, tell stories, have a drink, tan, play games and people watch. If you want to spend time grilling, playing outside games, we have a tiki bar downstairs with 8 barstool, an outside shower to clean off before you go inside, a 65” tv, pellet grill, propane grill and an oversized fenced in yard for the kids.. If you want to go spend the day at the beach, we are an 8-minute walk from our house to the beach. Enjoy watching amazing sunsets, cruise ships off the front porch, or just listen to the wind chimes.

At Happy Daizies house all you need to bring is your toothbrush and your food. Everything else you’ll need for your vacation is provided.

This is our second home, so it is well equipped and we hope to host you and hope that it is everything you expect for your next vacation.

Place is perfect for a family

We loved it… could use some maintenance on a few things (fans and blinds) but overall the place was great.

Great Family Beach Spot

Great location and the house is super cute! Aaron was so great at communicating with us and loved that the checkin/out was easy. Only two small things, amenities listed toiletries and grill. There were no shampoo/conditioner/soap in the guest bath for the shower (trust me I know it’s not picky but if you plan on this you don’t bring stuff) and the grill was in the locked garage. Again Aaron was quick to respond to help us get to it. The storm that came through in July might have also affected the tv in the guest room (kept turning itself on so had to unplug and the oven display was crazy. All in all everything worked and it was a comfortable stay. Would recommend and stay again especially if Aaron still owns!

Cute house

House was as described. Cute in the inside and the atmosphere on the outside was fun. Ceiling fan in kids room was broke so we had to fix it to be able to turn it on, and a lot of the dishes were dirty in the cabinet so had to clean them first to be able to use them. There was not any instructions on what to do during check out (other houses I have stayed at asked for bed sheets to be taken off and placed in washer, etc.) so we just piled dirty towels on bathroom floor and placed dishes in dish washer. Powder creamer was expired but that can happen anywhere. I think price was high for how far away it was from water (can't see ocean), like 1-2 minute drive to get to beach, but it was a nice place. Host was very responsive for any concerns.

House is great! Beds are comfortable, AC is cold, WiFi works well, kitchen has everything needed for simple meal prep. Very convenient to the Big Store for anything else you need. Easy access to the beach without the traffic of being on a direct beach access road. Aaron was very responsive and more than willing to fix anything that wasn’t perfect. Hope to stay here again soon!

Nightmare experience. Thick mold in washing machine, bugs, dirty furniture and linens. Basic necessities not provided - no toilet paper, no paper towels, no dish soap. System in the house showed smoke detectors were offline. All items that required batteries had dead batteries - bathroom scale, clocks, remotes, etc. Many amenities were unusable. Broken coffee machine. Couldn’t even relax outside because the furniture cushions were shredded and in bad condition, grill on site was filthy and unusable. Owner said they had not visited property in over a year and it showed. This could be a very nice home but the care for the property and attention to detail is severely lacking. I based my decision to stay here based on positive reviews, but my experience was polar opposite of what is referenced in the reviews of this property.

Great Vacation Rental

We had a great time staying here. We were a family of 6 and had plenty of room. The house had everything we needed and the host was very easy to communicate with. The area was close to the beach and included an outdoor shower which was great for not bringing sand in the house. We will definitely rent it again in the future.

Beach house

Overall, beach house was nice, but for first time I would have liked for everything to work in house. Ceiling fans did not work lights did not work. Could not connect to Wi-Fi. Remote control did not have batteries that work. I did enjoy myself, but I would have liked for things to go a little bit better than it was my first time bringing a beach towel. Owners were very nice and courteous. Neighbors were nice as well. Had a great time at the beach. It was about a 10 minute walk and we had to pay 10 for parking in which I do not mind AC was barely working. We had to cut it down all the way to 70 in order for the whole house to cool down. They did have plenty of towels and everything else that we needed seasonings for food and accessories.

I would definitely stay here again

Beautiful smaller cabin for couples or small families. Large masterbath with rain shower. Kitchen was well stocked. No access to Master closest but was able to hang clothes on hat rack post. No No waterhose to rinse off nbsturdy

Home away from home

This was our 2nd trip and stay at the Happy Dazies beach house in a year. We love the beach house, it’s clean, comfortable and perfect for us. Aaron and his family are wonderful hosts and respond quickly to questions or concerns. House is a walk from the beach in a beautiful quiet neighborhood. We will continue to book this hose for future trips. We have stayed at two other homes prior to finding this one and none meet our needs and expectations like the Happy Dazies Beach house

The host was very easy to work with when we arrived and found the cleaning crew had missed the home. Will definitely choose this place again! The home is very sturdy unlike some beach houses.

Clean house close to the beach

The home was clean with all the amenities that should be expected. The primary bed is not the most comfortable, but I've slept on worse. I would definitely recommend this rental to anyone and would stay here again if we return to Bolivar Peninsula

We are a family of 8 that loves to spend time at the beach. We bought this home for our family with the hopes of sharing it with other families to enjoy as much as we do.

Our sister loves Crystal Beach. She loves to sit around outside or at the beach reading, telling stories and listening to people talk or the waves crash in to the sand. She is a caring person and loves everyone she meets. We named our house after her and her motto and when you come here, we want you to be as happy as our sister is when she is here.

Our home has a huge upstairs patio for entertaining and relaxing. But it also is resting on a double lot that provides plenty of room for outdoor activities such as corn hole, washers or other outdoor games. We also have a tiki bar with 8 barstools, a 65” tv to watch while grilling, an outside sink to clean fish and an outdoor shower. Once you’re at our home, you are an 8 minute walk to the beach (barrel 90, or a 2 minute drive to the big store.
