Villa 2502 on kuollut keskittynyt 5. kerroksen huoneisto aularakennuksen yläpuolella, josta on esteettömät suorat merinäkymät jokaisesta huoneesta. Et ole tutustumassa muihin huvilaihin, eivätkä he näe meidän.

PÄIVITYS Maaliskuu 2015 - Olemme perustaneet NETFLIXin vieraiden käyttöön olohuoneessa. Nämä ovat Meksikon luettelot, mutta suurin osa ohjelmista on saatavilla.

PÄIVITYS Syyskuu 2014 - Asensimme sisäoven olohuoneesta toiseen makuuhuoneeseen - erittäin tärkeätä, jos sinulla on pieniä lapsia, jotka tarvitsevat toisen makuuhuoneen nukkumiseen. Alkuperäinen rakenne oli Lockoff-kokoonpano, mikä tarkoittaa, että joudut käyttämään parveketta liikkuaksesi. Olemme yksi vain harvoista Villa La Estancian 2 makuuhuoneen asunnoista, joissa on tämä päivitetty ominaisuus.

TÄMÄ EI OLE SUURI HOTELSITE. Hoidat itseäsi viiden tähden laatuun, 2 100 sf-huvilaan, jossa on täysin varustettu keittiö, olohuone, ruokasali, sviitissä pesutupa, valtava parveke, iso makuuhuone ja iso toinen makuuhuone, jossa 2 queen-vuodetta ja täysi kylpyamme. Laadukkaat kalusteet ja yksityisyys takaavat rentouttavan ajan. Esteetön ranta ja tontti näkymä parvekkeelta. Erittäin kevyt ja ilmava sisustus tulvi auringonvalolta.

Villa La Estancia Nuevo Vallarta sai vuoden 2011, 2012, 2013 Travellers Choice -palkinnon Karibian ja Meksikon kymmenen parhaan luksushotellin joukosta.

Ilmainen langallinen internetyhteys ja yksityisen omistajan langaton reititin sisäiseen WiFi-yhteyteen.

Wonderful stay

This was our 3rd year at La Estancia and first time staying in George's place. It was wonderful. The unit was very clean and we really appreciated the door between the living room and 2nd bedroom, which is unique to this unit. Would definitely stay again.

Great stay!

We've stayed in this unit twice now and it's great! This spcific unit is one of the few floorplans that works well for families with young children because the 2nd bedroom is not separated from the main unit. Always top notch service with a smile.One thing that was different this stay was that the hotel seemed to really be pushing weddings. There were 2 weddings the weekend we were there and it was quite loud and very difficult to get a space at the pool. At times when weddings arent happening it very peaceful and relaxing. Great location!

What a view!

This villa is awesome! Wonderful for a family with an amazing view of the La Estancia property. George is very quick to respond to any questions as we were preparing for the trip, and even had flowers delivered to our villa upon our arrival. Amazing trip.

This is our favorite place to stay in this area. La Estancia is one of the nicest places in the area and this particular condo was well decorated and centrally locate in the complex.

Wonderful stay

Villa la Estancia is the ultimate luxurious destination with staff that truly seem to love their jobs. There is always someone ready to set up a chair at the pool or call a taxi when needed. The rooms are much larger than any other hotel or rental, I had many questions and George, the owner, was easily available by text and phone and he made a point of reaching out to me with recommendations and to make sure I knew everything I needed before my trip.

Wonderful location and terrific suite.

This was a great vacation. The sandy beach and the large pool were great. The condo was very comfortable, spacious and elegant. Perfectly located with a view of the pool and beach. Overall it could not have been any better.

Amazing Experience

This property is amazing, the perfect size of resort with all the amenities one would want and everything easily accessible by walking. Such a relaxing atmosphere by the pools, and the food at the restaurants was great. George, was able to share some great knowledge of the area to help us as we planned the trip to celebrate a milestone birthday. Either the hotel or George arranged a couple nice extra birthday arrangements for our arrival which showed an extra level of hospitality! Definitely recommend this property and host!

Summer Beach Getaway

Everyone at the resort worked together so well. The grounds were beautiful and well kept. The pools were clean, the beach was organized and clean. Housekeeping did a good job. The bell boys, parking services, check in and out were all very efficient. Food and drinks at the restaurants all very good. In 10 days, absolutely no complaints.

Wonderful place to stay!

We loved this place; it was hands down one of our favorite vacations ever! Great location and George was wonderful to communicate with. The pictures are 100% accurate. The resort staff was also excellent and friendly. Our kids (ages range from 10-15) loved playing in the waves and boogie boarding for hours. The resort property is very well cared for and we always felt safe. We hope to book this same unit again, it truly doesn’t get any better than this! Thank you George!

Excellent place to stay!

Our stay at Georges property was amazing. It was easy to book and George treated us with vip service. His property is not only in the center but the view from his level overlooks the pool and the waves crashing in the sand from the beach. I’ve stayed at other properties here and Georges unit is by far the best! Also, his response time is amazing! Any questions I had, George tried to get back to me right away. My family and I definitely recommend and will be back!!

Beautiful

We have stayed at Villa la Estancia for many years and this was our first experience with VRBO and we could not have had a better experience. The unit is beautiful and love the large balcony. We brought my husband's mom with us and the door between the 2 units makes it very convenient. We will definitely contact Mr Miller again when we are planning our next trip to Puerto Vallarta.

Great as Always

We have stayed here many times and really love it. The unit is immaculate and spacious with a great view. George is such a kind, nice man and totally easy to deal with. The kitchen is fully stocked with all you need for self catering but there are many restaurants nearby if you choose to dine out. The staff here is amazing and are always ready to help with anything you might need. If you are looking for a quiet, relaxing vacation, Villa La Estancia is the place for you. Book a vacation with George.You won’t regret it.

Wow! Wow! Wow! Terrific vacation.

The property is beautiful and the location is perfect. It’s on the least crowded part of the beach and the beach attendants wonderfully had our beach chairs set up for us each day. George’s place is in the center of the resort and looks directly out to the ocean—perfect for watching the extraordinary sunsets each night. We liked the layout of George’s place — the internal door made the adjoining “B” side of the condo seem more a part of our family gathering. The beds were comfortable and included multiple pillows so we each could find our own firmness. We enjoyed cooking in sometimes — a nice grocery store one mile walk away, or a convenience store on property. George had a grill and the cooking amenities we needed.George is a superb host. He promptly answered my questions. He also gave me a lot of helpful information about the property and about restaurants in the area. We will definitely return next year!!! Would give George six stars if we could for being a great host!

A truly wonderful experience

This is a beautiful spacious condo with a 5th floor view of the pool and the ocean. I was very impressed. The sandy beach and ocean are just past the large pool with all the amenities. Not to mention the $20 hour-long massage like I’ve never before experienced. The restaurant is very nice and the other local restaurants are very good as well and not as pricy. We will definitely come back.

Returned Four Times

There are no words to describe the wonderful stays we have had renting George Miller’s condo at Villa La Estancia. From the moment you arrive, everyone is treated like royalty and it continues throughout the stay. This condo is spotless with an oversized balcony, two spacious bedrooms as well as 2/12 baths and a fully equipped kitchen. It is extremely comfortable and well furnished not to mention a lovely ocean view. George is an absolute pleasure to deal with—he makes everything so easy and can recommend any number of restaurants, shopping etc in the area. He is very efficient and accommodating and really cares that the people who rent from him enjoy their stay. After four stays, I keep asking myself how it could get any better, but somehow it always does. Looking forward to our next four stays and many more beyond. Book here—you won’t be sorry.

Relaxing wiinter getaway!

My wife and I along with another couple just returned from our stay at Villa La Estancia and we had an excellent week! The property was perfect for our group. The large balcony was a perfect place to share a few glasses of wine with friends while taking in the beautiful sunset over the ocean. The condo is in great shape and we had ample space for our group. The grounds of the resort are immaculate and its proximity to Bucerias makes it very convenient to enjoy all that little town has to offer. George, the condo owner, communicated with us very well leading up to our trip so we would know what to expect. Our arrival was very smooth because of his communication. He also arranged VIP transportation from the airport to the property, which was very much appreciated. We also enjoyed some of the excellent restaurants George recommended. There is so much to do In Puerto Vallarta and you can get there so quickly from the USA. It's a great place to vacation and I definitely recommend staying at George's condo at Villas La Estancia!

Fabulous Family Vacation

Our family had a fantastic experience at Villa La Estancia! The listing was accurate! The property was clean and well maintained. The service was excellent! George Miller was great to rent from. His unit was especially nice with a doorway from the main living room into the second bedroom! The balcony had a wonderful view of the property and the ocean. He was helpful with information about taxis, restaurants, and anything else we asked! Could not have asked for a better owner to work with! The restaurants onsite were outstanding. The restaurants in Bucerias we ate at were also very good. We did the Canopy Indigo zip lines and had a blast!!! We also did the boat trip to Los Arcos for snorkeling and also had a fantastic experience! Some of the best days were spent in and around the pool, hot tubs, and in the ocean. The staff around the pool is incredibly nice and helpful!!! Be prepared for lots of tipping, but most everyone is so helpful you are happy to give a tip! We will not soon forget all the wonderful family memories made in such a beautiful home, on such a beautiful property, in such a beautiful place!!! If you have not been, you will want to go!

Amazing property and location

What a great unit with a wonderful location. We were a bit skeptical of the VRBO listing saying the internal doors connecting was a big deal - but it was! Several other groups in our party rented different villas with both A and B units, and they had to go through the front door with a key to go in between. George's unit has a perfect view of the pool and ocean, and with that door, we were able to move freely throughout the entire space the entire time. To top it off, George had a beautiful bouquet of flowers delivered to our room on the first day of our trip. We'll be back!

Villa La Estancia Miller Style

What a wonderful time! From the moment we arrived we knew it was going to be a great trip. George had arranged a car from the airport. Walked into a beautiful lobby with a view of the ocean and pool area. The grounds were pristine. Quick check in and we walked into an amazing space with a bottle of wine from George waiting for us on the table. The space was awesome, very well kept, beautiful, spacious, a huge balcony with 3 seperate sitting areas and 3 walkout entrances 1 from each room. The interior door just made it one big villa for you. Only 4 of us and we felt guitly about all the room we had. Plenty of room for 6. The view was amazing as the suite is located right in the middle of the resort. Staff was very attentive and professional. We didn't try the onsite restaurants as we wanted to eat our way through Bucerias and PV. :) Location to Bucerias is close we walked there several times. Once along the pathway and several times along the beach. 15 minute lazy walking pace and your at the Bucerias center. Leaving restaurants we did catch cabs back and a nice surprise alot of the restaurants would call a cab for you after. Which were plentiful and safe. Cab to PV Malecon or Sayulita area is 30ish minutes. Cab to Marina 20ish minutes. George was very attentive and available. We had a mishap on our end and he was great to deal with. All in all a wonderful stay. I highly recommend your stay here, you won't be disappointed.

Quiet beachfront. The staff goes out of their way to make you feel at home. Large 2 level pool with swim-up bar. On site (and available next door) restaurants mean quality meals if want to stay at 'home' and relax. 24 hour room service also available.
On site Spa and full service gym only add to the pleasure of staying here.
