This 2100 square foot home has 3 bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms, and can comfortably sleeps 10 guests !

All bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, soap, and conditioner for your convenience. The beautiful chef's kitchen is stocked with all essential cooking items.
The garage has been turned into a well - equipped game room with a seating area, foosball, ping pong table, shuffle board, yard games, books & board games.
Still want more to do? Wander outside to the additional structure where a sleek bar with a pool table, karaoke, yoga mats, fitness equipment, stationary bike, small fridge & access to two beach cruisers can be enjoyed (for an additional fee of $200).
Or sit and relax to watch the kids play yard games that are available to use during your stay.
'Sip Back and Relax' has an incredible backyard for entertaining and relaxing. Fire up the BBQ while your guests enjoy a jump in the pool after an afternoon out wine tasting. Spend time with your friends and family enjoying a glass of wine from our local wineries, in the jacuzzi retelling stories of your day as the sunsets over the horizon.
Take advantage of our special weekday rates for micro weddings and elopements with intimate gatherings of up to 30 guests. Additional fees apply.

HOUSE RULES:
Please know, our ultimate goal is to provide you with an excellent experience during your well deserved vacation. Please take the time to read over our house rules carefully.
Occupancy limits and quiet hours are strictly enforced. There is a noise monitor on property. Fines are extensive for the guest if code enforcement is involved, so please be aware of your noise levels.
-Currently our occupancy is limited to up to 10 overnight guests. Additional day guests may visit but need prior approval. Please message us.
-Quiet hours are between 10 PM to 8:00 AM. You are welcome to enjoy the yard but please be mindful of your noise level as sound travels far outdoors. Absolutely no outside music or noise after 10p.
-Smoking is strictly prohibited both inside and outside of the property. This includes any type of cigarette, cigar, pipe, vapor, and of course no illegal drugs, please.
-Our check-out time is 10 AM. Our cleaning crew generally needs the entire 5 hours to clean and sanitize the property properly and adhere to COVID-prevention cleaning protocols. Hence, our check-in time is 4 PM. If possible we will allow early check in or late check out for 2 hours before/after but it must be discussed in advance and we will require an additional fee of $50 for one or $100 for both.
-We ask you to remove your trash (our bin is located outside of the gate, to your left by the garage) and load and start the dishwasher with the dishes you have used when you leave.
-We lovingly decorated our home and provided you with all amenities we reasonably could. You are welcome to use them all and enjoy yourself, but please leave them behind for others to enjoy as well.
-Occasionally stuff breaks. We get it! Should you break anything more than a glass or a plate, please message us immediately so we can start the process of getting it fixed.

-Pool towels are provided.
Disclosures
-Outside cameras are on the property (driveways, back & yard areas), including a front door camera, cameras on the front of house and garage. Please note: the pool/hot tub is within the coverage area of the backyard device.
-Occasionally there will be landscaping crew present to clean and maintain the property.Our maintenance crew will never enter the home.
- Pets are taken on a case by case basis and are an additional fee of $100 per pet.

Late check out: There is no late check out unless agreed upon prior to check in.
It is critical that our cleaning crew be able to enter the property at the time of check out. You will be charged $30 every 15 minutes that you are still at the property past your check out time.
