Forget your worries in this spacious and serene unit boasting 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths, washer/dryer, kitchen, breakfast nook, formal dining room, living room, game room, patio with firepit, outdoor relaxation space, serene property on blacktop frontage with no gravel roads. This property has all linens, towels, kitchen towels, pillows, and more. All you will need is your clothes, toiletries, food for meals and yourself. Come relax in this 1 level unit with all the amenities.

Stocked kitchen cabinets with: mixing bowls, pots, pans, measuring cups, and more are included.

Coffee bar includes: Keurig, Coffee Pot, Milk Frothier, French Press, K-Cup Assortment, Ground Coffee, Sweetener Station and Creamer.

Beds include: 3-King Beds, 2-Twin Beds, 2-Pull Out Sofa's

Location fitting for the occasion!
The property was perfect for our family group. We stayed for the weekend and the location was large enough to sleep us all and had plenty of space for all members of the family to find a place to detach when needed. The back porch is great additional space. We would recommend this location for anyone staying in Fulton. The drive to all the town amenities is very easy and the area is very quiet. The property manager was very clear with property instructions, communicated well, and was easy to work with.

Lot of extra fees and loud
There are a LOT of add on fees… the listing says 4-12 people but you are charged extra for anyone over 2. Forced to pay extra for damage protection when renting or they charge your card $5000 in case of damage. Coffee pot didn’t work (needed descaling) so had to pay for coffee elsewhere. Had extra family come last minute and paid additional $100+ for three kids. They rent the basement separately and ask people to be quiet after 10 pm. Could still hear talking through the vents in the bedrooms. Our second night, there was yelling from 9:30 pm - 1 am, doors slamming, cursing, horns honking as someone was being restrained in a car and we had to call the police. Manager dismissed my concerns the following day that there hadn’t been an issue with these renters before and the floors are insulated. The vents are not insulated and all the noise comes up through them! No resolution offered.

Great Host - Decent Property with Lots of Potential
I have to say that the host was wonderful, responsive and as accommodating as possible given the property she was managing. The owner did not want people to wear shoes in the house yet it's hardwood flooring throughout. We were not allowed to adjust the thermostat and while the property advertised to sleep up to 12 people, the water heater can only support two showers before running out of hot water, with a lengthy wait time for the water to heat up. There was a stinky odor throughout the house and upon returning home, we could still smell it in our laundry and pillows. If your stay is short, then the two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom might last a small group; we had 4 adults for 4 nights and we were fine, but any more and you'll need to bring TP, oh paper towels too, there were none in the kitchen. If you use the dishes or washer/dryer, you will also need to supply dish/laundry soap. The walls are thin, you can hear everything going on. The 4 very roomy bedrooms are grouped together. No places to hang your towels in the bathrooms, so you will need to bring hangers for that. No curtains only blinds on the windows so sunlight comes into the rooms. No problem if you're not trying to sleep in and you don't mind car lights at night. The location was good, in the country and the property butts up against a farm (muddy). The beds weren't bad and I did manage to get some decent sleep despite the negatives. It just wasn't worth the price for me. Did I mention the host was great?

Comfortable home
Very roomy and comfortable home. The garage provides great space for travelers! Will for sure be booking again!
