You’re also situated close to scenic hiking trails and all the action in Old Town.

Sunbathe on lounge chairs between refreshing swims in your ultra-private backyard, bordered by tall palms and fruit trees. Peruse a collection of yard games (including Spike-ball, Giant Jenga, Hook & Ring, and Pétanque) for some fun family competitions. There’s also a geometric dome climber - great for those traveling with children. Listen to your favorite playlist using the indoor/outdoor Sonos sound system while you prepare meals poolside at the outdoor kitchen (equipped with a gas grill and sink). Gather around the shaded patio table and enjoy meals alfresco under the twinkling string lights. The wood-burning firepit is the perfect spot for roasting s’mores when the stars come out.

The designer interior boasts two beautifully appointed living areas - one of which includes an office area with a desk (perfect for remote work or online school) while the other boasts The Frame TV. Home chefs will appreciate the well-equipped kitchen, outfitted with a full suite of stainless steel appliances, stone countertops, and kitchen bar seating. Share special meals at the stylish dining room table, then kick back and stream TV shows. This family-friendly hideaway also includes a dartboard, room darkening shades and smart TVs in the bedrooms, central air-conditioning, and a washer/dryer. Kid-friendly extras include Legos, cards, board games, and cars.

The City of Scottsdale limits occupancy in a dwelling unit to no more than 6 adults plus their related, dependent children. By renting this property, you agree to comply with the city's occupancy requirements.
In order to operate vacation rentals within this city, we are required to provide a basic criminal background check for all guests. This requirement is for the safety and security of full-time residents and guests alike. To perform this check, we need a date of birth and a permanent address for the reservation holder.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Security camera details: 2 outdoor security cameras on the 2 sides of the house. They are pointed toward the RV gate on one side and the street wall on the other side to monitor security at those 2 entrance points.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
