The Southern State of Mind - Easy Access to Downtown

Contemporary style meets industrial farmhouse in this beautiful "oh so full of character" 3 bedroom/1.5 bath cottage! You will instantly fall in love with the unique design concept and the way this cozy space pays homage to its Nashville roots. Trust us when we say the southern charm truly comes alive as soon as you walk through the door! Located in a residential area in South Nashville, you'll have easy access to shopping, restaurants, and groceries. If you are bringing kiddos, you have to check out the Nashville zoo - after all, it's only 2 miles away. Just a few minutes from interstates 24 and 65. Downtown Nashville, Bridgestone Arena, Nissan Stadium, and Radnor Lake are all 15-20 minutes from the home, too!

Layout:
The front door to this one story home leads you right into the living room. From there you can pass through the dining room to access the kitchen. The laundry room is right off of the kitchen, too! To explore the bedrooms, head back to the living room - all bedrooms are easily accessed here. The first bedroom boasts a queen size bed, desk, and en suite access to the half bathroom. Bedroom number two holds a second queen size bed and is right next to the full bathroom. Right across the hall is the last bedroom and two twin size beds. Keep in mind that the couch in the living room folds out to sleep an extra person, too! Additional amenities include a pack and play and high chair.

Parking:
There is room for 2-3 cars in the concrete driveway, plus free street parking for any additional cars!

The Neighborhood:
Conveniently located just a few minutes from two major interstates, you can get anywhere you want to go fairly easily! You'll be less than a mile from groceries, several restaurants, and places to shop. 

House Rules:
During your stay, we ask that you remember to be respectful of your neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10pm- 7am. For real, take the party to the Honky Tonks on Broadway. Additionally, thank you for respecting our "no smoking" and "no pets" policy so that we can keep our properties in the best condition possible. Pets include but are not limited to cats, zebras, livestock, and/or spouses. There are also no firearms permitted within the home or on the surrounding property. Should you choose to ignore this, there will be a $300 fine assessed for breaking either of these rules. We thank you for refraining and being respectful of our homes - please don't make us hunt you down for fines as it cuts into our nap time. 

Rental Policy:
It is Stay Local Nashville's policy to not rent to any local guest less than 7 days from today's date. An exception can be made if you are a returning guest or have three or more five star reviews. If you fall into this exception, please message us before you book so that your stay will not be immediately cancelled.

Refund Policy:
By booking with Stay Local Nashville, you understand that it is our policy to require a fully executed Non-Disparagement Agreement (NDA) prior to issuing any refund of any amount for any reason. Additionally, by booking with Stay Local Nashville, you understand and agree that you shall not be entitled to a refund of any amount without fully executing this NDA.

By booking with Stay Local Nashville, I give permission to SafelyStay, Inc., to screen my identity, and check criminal databases in order to confirm my reservation. Complete terms regarding Safely’s guest screening can be found at Safely's website, Safely dot com. You may receive an email from Concierge at Safely dot com to complete your screening. Please check your spam inbox for this email, and contact Safely at Concierge at Safely dot com or go to Safely dot com, if you have any questions. Additionally, I agree that the rental agreement must be signed and Safely guest screening must be completed within 3 days, otherwise my stay will be cancelled.
